Always an amazing class. Tammy, and all instructors, prioritize form and I really appreciate this. It always feels connected to the intended muscle group and I don’t feel at risk for an injury. 10/10 would recommend!

Been to a couple classes and I love that it’s a home studio, so it’s intimate. The trainers are capable to provide instructions clearly + focus on if you’re doing it correctly so you actually target what you’re supposed to!

Tammy is the best! Not only a great Pilates instructor, but just an overall nice human. It’s almost like going over your friends house to workout! She is extremely patient and accommodating! I always feel the workout for multiple days after. If you haven’t tried her yet, you should. And she has real reformers!

I love Pilates and that’s all thanks to Tammy.

I had to stop for a few months due to health stuff going on, and Tammy was very supportive. And has helped me modify as needed when I returned.

I found her when I was new to the AVC and trying to figure out how to work out. I chose her place when I saw the pictures of her dogs. My husband knows them as my best friends.

Whether it’s core work, mobility, or simply getting stronger overall, working with Tammy and her team has been a great experience. They are knowledgeable and encouraging and make each session feel personalized. Sessions are appropriately challenging. Kamilla is truly amazing! This is my first time doing any kind of structured workout, and I was honestly nervous, but she made me feel completely comfortable from day one. Her sessions are so thoughtfully designed, especially for beginners. I love how gentle it is on my low back (which is usually super sensitive). This week I came in with a dramatic knee, and she offered modifications for me and checked in often, which made me feel so supported. I’m already feeling more flexible and confident in myself after just a few classes. Kamilla has such a calm, encouraging energy that motivates you without ever feeling overwhelming. I’m so glad I started my Pilates journey with her!

I have never tried Pilates before and I thought this was an amazing start to my Pilates journey. Tammy is amazing and she explains things so thoroughly so I understand what’s going on! I am from out of town so I needed to find some form of exercise while on vacation and this was just perfect. Made a big breakthrough!
After only a few months of twice-a-week sessions with Tammy Jackson of More Core Pilates, I am able to do some things that I’ve been working on but couldn't do for over seven years. I can step up or down on a curb or steps without holding onto anything or losing my balance. Also, I can walk without wobbling, This makes everything in my life quicker, easier and less embarrassing.
Seven years ago I had knee surgery which solved my knee problem and revealed a captured nerve, now released, but very weak. The surgeon said: to let it strengthen by itself while supporting capillaries develop. My whole lower leg was involved and it did recover, very slowly. But it hadn’t reached my ankle and foot, so I had no balance. Sometimes I looked up exercises and tried to do them, but I was never sure if I was doing it right.
Then I heard of recent findings that with more intensive work, these nerves could be stimulated to develop faster. So I made an appointment. I didn't know anything about Pilates and I wasn't sure that I could get better. But I was determined to try.
Tammy manages my progress with a steady hand. She’s also sure to have the equipment that’s needed. (I recognized an exercise I tried at home, and saw it would never have helped because I couldn't adjust and increase the tension I was pulling against.)
I have a new lease on life: I’m just getting started!

Hello everyone,
Look at the video , my first session of Pilates with Tammy did this to me. It brought a drastic change in my body flexibility it made me feel very light , like I was stuck with my back pain after the accident in 2019 and recent recovering from ankle fracture and knee injuries. I am pain free and feel like dancing just with one session . Highly , highly recommend her , she is the best teacher and teaches from the core of her heart 💜. Thank you Tammy. I am ready for some more 😊
