Morgan Hill Fit Body Boot Camp is the boutique fitness studio you've been looking for to get the results you want. Fit Body Boot Camp is not like your typical gym or fitness center. Every workout session is just 30-minutes, and is professionally designed and led by our certified coaches who are driven to help you get the results you want. Our signature Afterburn workouts combine High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) with Active Rest Training to produce fun workouts that burn twice the calories in half the time and keep your metabolism running at a higher rate for up to 36 hours post workout. Our workouts are suitable for all fitness levels, and the available nutrition coaching will help ensure you're getting the results you want.

Coming from a background of CrossFit, I was a little skeptical at first but I've got to say this place is really fantastic. They managed to pack so much in in a short period of time that you really do feel like you got an hour workout in 35 minutes. The staff is incredible and extremely motivating. Update: MHFBBC continues to be my go to for a quick 30 minutes workout. I have been going through health issues this past 1.5 years, if it hadn’t been for this dedicated team of coaches I would have been in worst shape. Where do I start?! MH FBBC is top notch! The coaches there are all so amazingly supportive from the moment you walk in the door. I look forward to working out since the 1st day I walked through their door. I have been a member for about 10 months now and have lost a total of 15 lbs and still counting…
I am toned and so much stronger than when I started. I can do jumping jacks, regular pushups, hold squats and do lunges with so much more energy than I could of 20 years ago.

Joining Fit Body Boot Camp was life changing for me. I've been coming here for 1.5 years now and I see myself working out here for as long as I live in the south bay.
First, I love how friendly, welcoming and helpful the coaches are from the moment I walk-in and throughout the workouts. When I miss my workouts, they check-in on me which shows they also care for my well-being outside the gym.
I love that the workouts are coach-led, fun, challenging and only 30 minutes! It may seem short but the results are for real! I've lost 20 lbs of fat since and just gaining muscles now. Even when I felt lost in the beginning, the coaches were always there and they also offer one-on-one nutrition guide.
Now I can say that my body is more toned. I feel healthier and stronger now in my 40s than when I was in my 20s and 30s and I'm so happy! Thanks to God for bringing FBBC to my life!

I've been attending the 30-minute boot-camp classes at MH Fit Body, and I absolutely love it! The workouts are intense yet manageable, perfect for fitting into a busy schedule. I've been attending this boot camp and I couldn’t be happier with the experience so far. The workouts are only 30 minutes, but they’re super effective, you definitely get a great sweat in without needing to spend hours at the gym. I love that every day brings a different workout, which keeps things fresh and fun.
The coaches are incredibly motivating and supportive. They’re always encouraging you to push yourself and stay focused on your goals, which makes a huge difference. I feel excited every time I head to class, and that’s not something I’ve ever really felt about working out before.
I live in Gilroy and it’s about a 18 minute drive each way, but honestly, it’s totally worth it. I really enjoy the classes and the energy, and I’ve started to feel more confident in myself both physically and mentally. I love this place. I try to attend the first session every morning. The first class starts at 5:30am and they pack everything into 30 minutes so you can still get to work early. The workouts are structured with normal, hard, modified options so those who want aggressive workouts can exercise with/next to those who want to participate in light work outs. Great for people of all experience levels. The staff is fabulous.

I lost my way over a few difficult years. I didn’t recognize myself. In October my family and I embarked moved to Morgan Hill, and it felt like a fresh start. I noticed Fit body bootcamp was in my neighborhood. So I decided to give it a try. Today I celebrated my 70th workout with them. In that time I have regained strength, confidence and endurance. I went from dragging myself out of bed to workout once a week to popping out of bed 3 times a week to make it to class. The coaches are so supportive, and encouraging. I have worked out at many studios during my life and this place is definitely one of the best. During this pandemic the staff worked really hard to keep the facility clean and implemented safety protocols so that they could keep everyone healthy and safe. As someone with a compromised health condition, I really appreciated their efforts. I have seen tremendous changes in my body especially with gaining strength. Before I could barely do a pushup and now after 6 months, I am doing them with relative ease. I strongly recommend this place especially to anyone who leads a busy lifestyle. It truly is the best 30 minute workout!

Never thought I’d be the person who goes to the gym 5-6 times a week but Fit Body in MH made me that person! I get bored really quickly, so the fact that I stuck with Morgan Hill FBBC since they opened their doors and all through the pandemic says a lot. The workouts change everyday and they go by so quickly, just 30 minutes and you're done. The coaches are great and really know how to push you just hard enough for you to reach the next level. I love how the coaches really get to know who you are. Know everyone by first names. They really motivate you to do your best. The facility is very clean and they wipe down the equipment after every class. The friends I’ve made really make it though. Making sure each other come in to work out. Overall the best experience at a gym I’ve had. And I’ve joined many.
