I would definitely recommend MHP to anybody who is interested and serious about learning more about Pilates. I reached out with zero experience and felt very welcomed since the start.
Julianne is very experienced and detailed oriented which lets her tailor the class sessions specifically to your body and needs. The studio itself is always clean, scheduling and payments are easy, and in general everything seems taken care of and maintained.
If you internalize the lessons from the classes in to your lifestyle, you will see progress and a stronger healthier body. I’ve only been going here a few months but the sessions are are always very rewarding and fun for me.

If you’re searching for the perfect place to practice Pilates…you can stop looking…this is the studio you will want to be attending!
I did a lot of research on which studio would be the best for me and I did my search for studios that were located between Gilroy and Los Gatos.
I was looking for a studio that…
Didn’t have a large amount of students per class.
Why?
I wanted the attention from the instructor. The thought behind that was that it would help me avoid injury.
Small class size = more attention per student from the instructor
Had scheduling flexibility
Why?
I have an interesting work schedule and I wanted classes that would be offered at times that accommodated my ability to work out and still make it to work on time.
Offered private sessions along with group classes
Why?
Honestly, I had never done Pilates before and I was nervous for a group class. I thought I would embarrass myself. Turns out, if you’ve never done Pilates, private sessions are recommended and at a discounted price for the first few sessions. This gave me the opportunity to get comfortable with the practice, ask questions, get feedback, and feel
comfortable about joining a group class.
This studio checked those boxes so I joined. I’ve been a member for almost two years now. Not only did I pick the right studio for the reasons above…I can say that I’ve never hurt myself from going to a class. I come in focused and I listen to instruction. There is a lot of verbal instruction throughout the class. Personally, I prefer this as it helps me visualize what I am supposed to be doing with my body during the workout. I can also say that I love the schedule I’ve created for myself because there are so many classes that work with my personal/work life schedule. In regard to group classes…I LOVE THEM!!!! Like ab-so-lute-ly love them!
There are things I’ve come to appreciate and love about this studio that I never would have discovered by doing my research to find the right studio for myself a couple of years ago. I 100% enjoy the different people I have class with. It’s like it’s own community; kind, safe and fun! I also love how versatile all of the classes are…we use a reformer, a mat, a chair and more! Each class is new and exciting…never boring. My body has never felt better. I have noticed that my posture has improved, my back doesn’t hurt every day like it use to, and I feel stronger!

Pilates at this studio is a game-changer. The instructors are not only knowledgeable but also incredibly motivating. They push you to reach your potential while being mindful of your limitations. The quality of guidance and the positive environment they create is truly exceptional. When it comes to value, it's hard to find a better deal in town for the level of expertise you receive. My core strength and flexibility have improved significantly, and I owe it all to this place.

I am so happy to have found this studio! Julianne and her team are a dream to work with. They have been extremely accommodating and helpful in my health journey. By attending consistently 2 times a week for the past few months, there has been a noticeable increase in my body strength, flexibility and endurance. Scheduling is a breeze and you can always find a class. Since class sizes are small, there is less chance of injury because the instructors are able to help correct your form or offer a modification if needed. The atmosphere of the studio is very welcoming and encouraging. I HIGHLY recommend it!

Julianne owner and teacher is an amazing instructor. I've been going to this studio for a few years and have done group and private classes. I've tried other studios with other instructors and the attention you get at this studio is unsurpassed! I came to the studio with chronic back pain that didn't let up with yoga, physical therapy or other workouts and after some hard work I don't have chronic pain anymore. During the lock-down I went to another studio to keep up my practice but the instructors just don't compare to her. She's able to take your feedback about how you are feeling and work in exercises during a group class that address your individual needs, it's an intuitive talent that I haven't found at another studio. Nikki is an instructor at the studio and she is also top notch. Thier workouts are never boring or repetitive. They can teach a multi-level skill classes and everyone leaves feeling like they got a good workout. My husband has been going for about 6 months and is already committed to keeping it up and feels the difference in body awareness. Don't miss out on this Morgan Hill Gem!!

Julianne is very attentive to what her students are doing. I like that she checks in frequently about whether we are doing the movement correctly. And that she tells us what muscles we should feel working. She always asks before class starts if anyone is having pain so she can suggest an alternate position or movement to help. Working with Julianne has increased my strength immensely and greatly reduced my back pain. Not only is she a great Pilates instructor, she's a kind and caring person, too!

Going to Morgan Hill Pilates has been one of the best decisions ever! I have been going there for over 8 years and during that time I went through back surgery. Julianne was a huge help in my recovery. She is so knowledgeable about the body and she knows exactly what I should and should not do with my condition. She is very attentive to each person in her class and will make sure that are doing exercises correctly to avoid injury. With the condition of my back my doctor was amazed that I am not in pain. He told me that Pilates is keeping me going, and I credit that to Julianne.
She also always keeps things new and fun. Every class is always different, and after eight years I am still learning new exercises. She has a great variety of equipment, and the space is set up very well. The studio is clean and nice. I feel extremely welcome and comfortable every time I am there.

"I am a 62 year old woman who had very little core strength and had been recently diagnosed with Osteopenia, a condition which is basically a reduction in bone mass. I was told by my doctor that Pilates would be a good activity to add to my routine.
After a few introductory sessions on a reformer, I went looking for a good Pilates instructor and discovered Julianne Scoles. My lucky day! I was immediately taken with her style and demeanor. Typical of “older” students, like myself, I needed someone with patience, who didn’t mind having to repeat instructions. When Covid arrived, I bought a reformer and Julianne adapted to my situation at home quite easily using Zoom. I’m going on 2+ years at Morgan Hill Pilates and I’m beyond happy to have found such

This Pilate studio has the best instructors in the south bay area. (I have tried several Pilate studio around the Bay Area.) I got injuries from doing other kind of exercise, but not from Pilate. I think that the instructor really makes a big difference. highly recommend this studio !
