While I’ve always enjoyed casual exercise I’ve never followed an actual strength training routine, and after developing a nagging pain in my hip that flared up after every hike, I decided it was time to finally get some professional help in building a stronger body. I had previously done 6 weeks of personal training at another business but didn’t feel connected to my coach and didn’t feel motivated to keep training after our time ended. But with this new hip pain I decided to give personal training another shot, and that’s when I found Morph Fitness.
The vibes and energy at Morph are awesome. I always enjoy walking in and saying hi to folks and seeing all the coaches giving their clients their full attention. I often see teams hanging out after a session chatting and laughing. You can really tell everyone there is super passionate about helping their clients reach their goals, and the atmosphere is very welcoming. One example: I came in for a session on Halloween, wearing a skeleton onesie, and was so happy to see that both Wayne and Ika dressed up too - and they were excited to see me dressed up as well. So fun!
My coach, Dimíçeus, is the BEST. I cannot recommend him enough. He brings great energy to each session which keeps me in high spirits through even the toughest workouts. He’ll ask me how I’m feeling that day and take things a little easier if I had a terrible night’s sleep, or push me further if I’m feeling refreshed. He also immediately modifies exercises if there’s something I can’t do or a particular body part starts hurting mid workout. There’s an in-house scale that measures a bunch of different stats that I use prior to each session, and he’ll review my progress with me and give me long-term workout and nutrition guidance based on what my goals are. My post-hike hip pain has significantly improved, as well as my posture and tech neck. And after losing 7% body fat (almost 15lbs) in 3 months and seeing and feeling my body get stronger, I think the results speak for themselves and prove he knows what he’s doing.
After loving my experience these last 3 months I re-upped another 100 sessions which should see me through my goal of climbing Half Dome by my birthday, and I cannot be not excited or grateful. Thank you Morph Fitness!!!!!!!!

My friend and I have been training with Marcellis at Morph Fitness for about four months, and we really enjoy working with him. He’s patient, focused, and very knowledgeable about functional strength training. He always takes the time to explain movements and make sure we’re doing them safely and effectively.

Training with an instructor has always had its benefits. I have been with Morph fitness for the last four months training with Jean. I’ve been training with Ika for a while now and can’t recommend her enough. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about fitness and takes the time to tailor each session to my personal goals and needs. What sets her apart is her philosophy—she emphasizes functional fitness and feeling good in your body, not just chasing aesthetics.
On top of that, she’s super easy to talk to and really cares about her clients. I always feel supported and comfortable in her sessions.

I found Wayne at Morph fitness after hurting my knees from biking. At this point I have seen several therapists with varying degrees of success. Upon the first visit Wayne identified several issues and came up with a plan to address them in order of importance. His experience with physical therapy really showed when he articulated each of my problem and how each exercise addresses them throughout the sessions. He also closely monitors my progress and forms, and customizes the workout based on my capabilities and goals. My situation improved noticably in four months. I would recommend if you need a trainer who also knows deeply about physical therapy.

Big THANK YOU to Morph Fitness, Wayne, and my coach Bobby! I reupped after hitting my goal weight in the first 4 months of training and now another 4 months in, I've gotten stronger and working on building back up muscle.
Never worked out, never been to a gym, so was super nervous about signing up for personal training. After checking out few websites and reviews, felt most comfortable signing up with Morph/Wayne, since they weren't in-your-face intense and had a more compassionate take on you and your whole health.
I've learned a LOT. About eating, about fat and muscle, about all these exercises and stretching. Bobby is a really good teacher/coach and especially so for total beginners. First few months were about building a foundation (since I knew nothing) and making sure I didn't injure myself (since I came in with pretty bad shoulder and back pain). Bobby is very, very good at explaining things and breaking things down. I'll struggle to follow an exercise and will just mimic the motions but he'll try all different ways to explain or demonstrate so that I get a muscle memory-level of understanding. You can tell he is well-studied; he always has an answer to all my questions about the body/muscles, how things move or are connected. The workouts have been thoughtfully paced so that the wins are achievable little-by-little and sustainable in the long run.

Before joining Morph Fitness, I felt stuck and unmotivated. I had tried working out on my own before, but nothing seemed to stick. I was nervous about starting because of past bad gym experiences and not knowing if I could commit.
What really set Morph apart was Wayne’s personalized coaching and support. Wayne didn’t just hand me a workout plan — he genuinely listened, cared about my goals, and tailored everything to my needs. I immediately knew this place was different because of the welcoming atmosphere and the accountability I got every session.
Every session feels motivating and empowering. Training with Wayne isn’t just about lifting weights — it’s about building discipline, confidence, and sustainable habits. He checks in, adjusts my program, and pushes me just the right amount. I never thought I’d enjoy strength training this much, but now it’s my favorite part of the week.
The results speak for themselves. In just 8 months, I dropped from 65.7 kg to 60.8 kg, lowered my body fat percentage from above 36% to 29.7%, and my visceral fat level improved from 12 to 7 (a huge win for long-term health). At the same time, I maintained and even built lean muscle. Beyond the numbers, I feel stronger, more confident, and less stressed.

It’s been 2 months since I started training at Morph Fitness with Ika and I really enjoy it!!
Before training with Ika, I did not have clear fitness goals. I did want to gain more strength to get better at climbing since strength seemed to be my bottleneck.
When my climbing friends told me about how their climbing improved after training with Ika, I was very intrigued. Ika came to climb with us one day and I was so impressed by her strength and fitness. I also learned that she tailors some exercises for climbing. This made me want to give training a try.
Initially I only had some vague goals in mind like injury prevention and getting better at climbing. Ika helped me understand my own body and goals better. We discovered that I don’t lack strength but rather body awareness and control. We also worked together to improve my posture and develop cleaner diets to reduce my visceral fat. These are all things that have been in the back of my mind but never had time to work on. The regular training sessions and the lifestyle and workout “homework” Ika assigns me daily act like a forcing function for me to take a break from work everyday and take care of myself.
In terms of training itself, I’ve done a little bit of strength training on and off but used to find them quite boring. Ika made our training really fun! Lots of the functional training exercises she designed were fun and really stresses body control. Ika is very patient. Even though I was very uncoordinated and struggled with lots of the moves, she was always so positive and came up with new ways to help me. She always comes up with tips to make sure I do the moves correctly. With her help, I start to feel the mind-and-body connection more during lifting.
Ika’s training is super effective. Even after 1 month, I start to see big improvements in my posture and start to look a lot leaner (without weight changes which means no muscle loss 😉). Lots of the training skills transferred to climbing. I start to use my core more and finished my first coordination dyno recently!

Just finished 16 sessions with Cara, and somehow she managed to turn my sad attempt at fitness into actual results. Who knew?
I went in with the completely reasonable goal of doing a freestanding handstand (because apparently I thought I was 12 again) and wanting to lose some weight without turning into a noodle. As a mom of two young kids, I'd pretty much accepted that my pre-kids body was gone forever. Cara had other plans. Lost 15 pounds while keeping my muscle mass, which honestly seemed impossible given my relationship with snacks.
The best part about Cara is that she's genuinely funny and kind, which is good because she had to deal with me whining through workouts for four months. She's working on her own bodybuilding goals, so she gets the struggle - but she's also annoyingly good at making you do things you're convinced will kill you. If you need someone to convince you that you're not completely hopeless at having a body, Cara's your person. She'll laugh at your jokes and then make you do burpees anyway.

Update:
After multiple unsuccessful attempts to resolve directly with the gym, we escalated the issue through our credit card company. We submitted extensive documentation outlining our experience, and after a full review, the credit card issuer resolved the matter in our favor and processed a refund. We’re sharing this update in the hope that it helps others navigate similar situations.
We've had a very disappointing experience with Morph Fitness and feel compelled to share some facts to help others make an informed decision.
1. Lack of Contract Transparency: We were asked to sign contracts on an iPad with no copy provided afterward until we asked explicitly. We later discovered it contained non-refundable and auto-renewal clauses that were not clearly explained. There is another review reported of being charged unexpectedly, which raises concerns about how contracts are handled and disclosed.
2. ‼Potential Legal Concerns‼: California law generally prohibits health studios from charging more than $4,400 upfront, yet we were charged $5,000+(California Health Studio Services Act). We chose the gym mainly for a specific trainer, who was later terminated. Our request for a prorated refund was denied. We’ve cited California Civil Code §1812.85, which we believe supports our right to a refund and explains why the replacement trainer was not a suitable alternative. These circumstances raised serious concerns.
3. High-Pressure Sales & Unmet Promises: During the sales process, we were pushed hard to commit, with phrases like "I don't understand why you're still thinking," which felt unprofessional. The gym advertised nutrition guidance and body composition scans prominently, but after paying, we had to follow up to receive anything. What we got was a generic nutrition PDF, not personalized.
4. ‼Discouraging Refund Requests Through Fear‼: When we politely requested a prorated refund, we were told that in past times they have dealt with multiple disputes and "every single time, those cases failed. Unfortunately, those clients not only lost the dispute but also ended up feeling worse because they escalated the situation and still lost their remaining sessions." This came across as an emotional deterrent and made us question how common these refund requests are. The tone felt passive-aggressive and unprofessional, rather than service-oriented.
5. Pressure to Leave Reviews Early: Within just three weeks of starting our training, we were repeatedly asked to leave public reviews, even though we were still mid-program and not yet fully satisfied with the experience. We chose to leave a review only for our trainer, whom we genuinely appreciated, not for the gym itself. The follow-up messages pushing for reviews felt tone-deaf and insistent. Rather than focusing on improving service or retaining qualified trainers, the owner seemed more concerned with collecting positive Yelp reviews. His communication style came across as passive-aggressive and profit-driven, rather than client-centered.
6. Equipment and Space Limitations: The gym also has broken equipment (weights literally hang in midair on the cable machines), and the space gets overcrowded after 5 pm. With 3-4 trainers working in a small space, it's hard to get access to equipment.
7. Rated B- on BBB: Not surprising based on our experience.
8. Unclear Pricing: We were never told prices upfront--only after asking repeatedly. Even with a discount, we paid over $160 per session for duo training—high, considering several promised services were missing.
9. Policy Changes: After requesting a refund, we noticed the online contract was updated, possibly in response to our case. This added to our discomfort.
10. Possible Review Bias: The owner encouraged clients to post detailed reviews on platforms like Yelp and Google by offering discounts on future packages. While this doesn't explicitly ask for positive reviews, linking financial incentives to public reviews raises concerns about the authenticity and balance of some of the highly positive feedback.

I initially chose a personal trainer to work out more efficiently and avoid injuries with professional guidance. I feel extremely lucky to have found Morph Fitness and met Misty! She is highly responsible—during our first session, she noticed my incorrect muscle engagement and created a detailed training plan tailored to my fat-loss goal. She explains exercises clearly and patiently, and repeatedly corrects my form until it is standard.
I also really like the gym environment; it is clean and bright. The time I usually take classes is relatively quiet, allowing me to stay fully focused. All the equipment is exclusively for personal training use, and trainers always wipe it down and put it back in place after each use, which makes me feel very at ease when using it.
What makes me happiest is that I have gone from a complete beginner to being able to do some exercises (like deadlifts) on my own, all thanks to Misty guiding me step by step. This is far more efficient than working out randomly by myself.

Morph is one of the best places to get your personal training done. My wife and I both bought packages there and both of us are incredibly satisfied by the quality of the personal training. Ika, for example, is extremely attentive to my wife’s need and customize workouts for her. For example, my wife likes bouldering and she will focus on functional training to improve her performance besides exercises for physique only. She is also very friendly and regularly gives us protein snacks as gifts. My trainer Alec has helped me work around my wrist pain and push me every session. We continue to see our body fat dropping throughout the few months we have been training, and we genuinely feel like we are living a much healthier lifestyle. Wayne also taught me how to effectively fix shoulder pain, and I’m seeing very good progress. In all, this is a very high-quality personal training place. Highly recommend.

I’m so glad I joined Morph fitness in May. Before I used to try out various online / app exercise programs and kept getting myself injured. I’ve also been doing yoga, climbing and other sports but I struggled with consistency and needed something that would focus on my specific issues at hand. I also have injuries in my back and my hip, which needed special attention and thought. I’ve been training now almost bi-weekly with my personal trainer Bobby, and it’s been absolutely great. For one thing he, and the rest of the trainers, seem to be very knowledgeable about how the body works, and how workouts impact the whole. He is very supportive and always tries to understand the areas that I need help with, and helps me understand my own concerns better.
Since I joined I feel that my body has gotten stronger, I have consistency in my workouts, I find the workouts very enjoyable and challenging enough, but also fun. And that’s important to me. It’s also helped me pay better attention to posture and other areas that are important while doing my other workouts - for example, I now understand certain positions and their impact, but also how to do them for most efficiency when doing yoga.
I hesitated long time before finding a personal trainer, but I do recommend it, and think Morph Fitness is just the place to do it if you want supportive, knowledgeable and fun environment to train in.

This was my first time working with a professional trainer, and I feel incredibly lucky to have found Morph Fitness. Before joining, I had no gym experience at all—my only form of exercise was climbing, and I had been stuck at the V4–V5 level for quite a while.
With a last-minute goal of preparing for a photoshoot in just one month, I came to Ika at Morph Fitness with a challenging request: I wanted to lose fat, gain muscle, and reshape my body—all without feeling overly restricted or compromising my health. I also wanted to improve my strength for climbing. In short, I wanted to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time, in 30 days.
It felt like an impossible goal to tackle alone, so I followed a friend’s recommendation and signed up for private training with Ika. And honestly—she is the BEST. From day one, she was incredibly supportive and encouraging, despite the complexity of my goals. At the start, my body fat percentage was 25%, and my muscle mass was 53.0 lbs. Ika created a personalized nutrition plan, tracked my daily intake, and kept me accountable—especially when I overate. In just 30 days (yes 30 DAYS), my body fat dropped to 18.5%, and my muscle mass increased to 56.4 lbs. The entire training process was not only physically effective but also mentally healthy. I developed lasting habits—like exercising daily (30 minutes to an hour), drinking more water, and cutting back on milk tea and fried foods—all thanks to Ika’s guidance. Still, also thanks to me -- I followed all her suggestions and finished all homework she planned for me, afterall, exercise and training takes not only the trainer, but also yourself :)
I also learned so much about muscle groups and proper training techniques. I had an old climbing-related injury in my left elbow, and Ika thoughtfully designed exercises to improve flexibility and aid recovery in that area.
Most impressively, Ika went above and beyond her formal responsibilities. Knowing that I’m a regular climber, she even joined me at the climbing gym several times to better understand the sport and tailor my training. With her help, I’ve now climbed two V7s and five V6s (even if they were soft grades, I’m genuinely thrilled with the progress!).
Working with Ika at Morph Fitness has been transformative—not just physically, but mentally and emotionally. With her support and expertise, I’ve become stronger, healthier, and more positive every day. Thank you, Morph Fitness—you truly are the best!

I cannot say enough good things about Morph Fitness and the incredible team behind it. While my regular trainer is on a much-deserved vacation, Wayne (the CEO and owner) has gone above and beyond to make sure I stay on track with my training program. Before joining Morph, I was doing Pilates but felt it wasn’t enough. I wanted to build muscle, lose fat, and fix my posture (I have mild scoliosis). I’d gained quite a bit of weight and just felt stuck.
I finally reached out to Ika. She was super sweet and helped connect me with Coach Bobby, who has rehab experience and totally understood what I needed.
Training with Bobby has been awesome. He’s super professional, fun, and always adjusts the plan based on how I’m doing. We started with upper body + lower body strength sessions, then added Metcon — tough but super fun. He pays attention to every detail, fixes my form right away, and makes sure I’m training safely.
Like when I was doing kettlebell lateral step downs and my knees kept caving in — he had me take off my shoes and stand on a small incline. Boom, glute activation instantly improved! Deadlifts too — if I got too tired to maintain good form, he made sure I took breaks. Always high quality, never reckless.
Progress-wise, I haven’t lost much weight, but my body fat’s down, muscle’s up, and my skin and energy are better than ever. He even helped me plan my macros, and I prepped meals for a whole month (still working on staying consistent tho 😅).
Overall, these past 2 months have been amazing. I feel stronger, more confident, and like I’m finally taking care of myself.
If you’re thinking about joining Morph — do it. You’ll be supported, pushed, and you’ll actually enjoy it. 💪

Never been a gym-goer in my life, but I’d always been bothered by my bad posture, low energy, and general lack of strength. I struggled with motivation, was intimidated by gym machines, and health just wasn’t a priority, until I started getting persistent knee pain that finally alarmed me enough to start looking around. I came across Morph Fitness by coincidence and I’m glad I did!
I had my first consultation session with Wayne — we talked through my journey, concerns, and he helped me set realistic expectations and intentions for what was ahead. That conversation was important, and I genuinely appreciated it.
Then I was paired with Ika — the sweetest and most warm and supportive person, who’s also incredibly knowledgeable (in multiple languages too!) I’ve always struggled with coordination and body awareness, and Ika was so patient and encouraging. She helped me connect with my body, made sure I was moving safely and effectively, and always kept me motivated without ever making me feel overwhelmed (but still sent me home sore for days) She also 100% knows how to train you to look your best!

Ugh, I'm one of those people who's bought SO many gym memberships over the years. I'd show up maybe once a month (being generous here) and then feel guilty about wasting money. I tried OrangeTheory too, thinking group classes would help, but honestly? I just felt anxious the whole time and was terrified of hurting myself.

My coach is amazing - he actually pays attention to how I'm doing each session and switches things up based on what my body needs that day. When I hurt my back doing something totally unrelated to working out, he helped me work through it with recovery techniques. He also gives solid nutrition advice that's actually practical.
I'm definitely sleeping better now and can lift way more than when I started. But honestly, the best part is just feeling happier overall.

I started training with Ika since mid-April. My partner and I were seeking personal trainers because even though we had some strength training experience, we were struggling with keeping a clean diet and regular workout schedule. I've been training with Bobby for 5 months and have had a great time! I've definitely seen results, both in terms of my visible muscle mass as well as reduced pain/improved stability in my injured shoulders. For those looking for a trainer who has deep technical knowledge, keeps you accountable and pushes for progress without being intimidating, and is professional, easygoing, and always ready with a smile, Bobby is a great choice.
He straight up has a degree in kinesiology and I've found has much of the knowledge a physical therapist would. Through steady, consistent training and good guidance from Bobby I've been able to improve my shoulder strength and do things, pain-free, I never thought I'd be able to do (chest presses, deficit push-ups, overhead presses), which is an incredible improvement.
He spends lots of time outside the gym crafting/tweaking a personalized program just for me (as with all his clients), and we frequently discuss biomechanics, training philosophies/strategies, and diet and nutrition. And of course while we're at the gym, he knows when and how to correct my form, when to intervene to prevent injury, and when to push you past what you *think* you can do.
The workout space at Morph itself is bright, clean, and well-equipped. The owner Wayne made the onboarding process easy and still checks in with me time to time to make sure my experience is great. Highly recommend!

After struggling with consistency at the gym and feeling overwhelmed with developing my own plan I decided to look for a trainer at the start of 2024 and I've now been training at Morph twice a week for over a year. I've had a great experience and I've grown stronger but also more flexible. The trainers here will all listen to your concerns and as someone with ankle mobility issues they've helped me gain more flexibility and find exercises that still give me a good workout without risking injury.
Special shoutout to Bobby who has been training me since the fall. He always comes prepared with tough exercises that target muscles I didn't know I had! Joined about 2 months ago. The gym is clean, well organized. Initially Wayne did an assessment session with me and it was enlightening and informative. My coach Cara is the best. Before Morph, I was mostly doing cardio (runs outside) and had been on and off working out via fitness classes. However, as I was working out intermittently, I was struggling to set a sustainable routine in place. I had worked out regularly in my college and early 20s but it had been a while since having a sustained workout routine in place due to getting busy with work and life. Also, being a new parent, I noticed my energy level was not able to keep up with my toddler.
I was walking by the Morph’s studio and noticed a group session going on and I decided to check out Morph to see if personal training was something I should pick up to change my lifestyle. In my review of the Morph online, I saw a lot of great reviews. I went in for an assessment session and was challenged by Wayne (who was very direct and to the point). I decided that I will give it a try as I thought Morph can keep me accountable to the change I wanted.
I’ve worked with various coaches at Morph (Alyssa, Jin, Mark and Bobby). Alyssa set the tone for my program in the beginning and she was very supportive and meticulous in her approach. It set a great foundation for my fitness journey ahead as I was seeing results and the programs were being updated to keep me engaged. We also focused on diet and set specific weight goals to hit. I have been with Morph for more than a year now and have moved on from setting weight goals but have moved onto setting more strength oriented goals. I am currently working with Bobby and he has been a great partner in my strength training journeys as I continue to push up against and set new PRs (lifting heavier than ever).
I now have a sustained fitness routine in place and new goals that I am constantly striving to hit. I have noticed that my energy level is consistently high and am able to keep up with my energetic toddler. It has led me to continue striving for more in my fitness journey in my 30s as I see myself being stronger and faster than I was in my younger days.

From the very first phone call with Wayne, I could tell this place was different. He didn't try to pitch me a program or upsell me on packages. Instead, he took the time to really get to know me -- where I was in life, what brought me here, and what my biggest obstacles were. I didn't feel judged or rushed, just heard and understood. During the in-person consultation, Wayne helped me break down my strengths and weaknesses, and we even had a vulnerable conversation about my past. He never once looked down on me. Instead, he met me with empathy, compassion, and wisdom - something that's so rare in this industry.
He then matched me with my trainer, Cara, and I was honestly so intimidated at first. I had a million questions and a ton of self-doubt, but she came in with the most supportive energy. I’ve been training at Morph Fitness since late January, with Ika as my coach. My main goals were to get rid of my back pain, gain weight, and just be healthier overall. My back had been bothering me for years, but after two weeks of training (twice a week), I felt a significant improvement—and a few weeks later, the pain was gone. Ika was very friendly, encouraging and thorough, always making sure I did the exercises correctly. She demonstrated a lot and asked questions to make sure I use the right muscles. First, a bit of background. Over the past few years, due to the pandemic, I've been holed up at home eating and drinking excessively without exercising, and my weight has skyrocketed. My belly has also puffed up, and since I mostly write code while sitting, I start to have neck & back pain.
Under my girlfriend’s coercion and persuasion, I started looking for personal trainers near the Peninsula. I found that most options were either large gyms offering training courses or personal trainers at regular gyms. However, regular gyms are too crowded for me, and the equipment is unhygienic, so they weren’t an option.
One day, I stumbled upon Wayne’s social media account account and saw that he shared a lot of useful information, including dietary advice. His fitness philosophy resonated with me, and he owns his own studio, which has a good environment and complete equipment. Since it's by appointment only, there are very few people, which fits my needs. This studio is located in downtown San Mateo, and there’s a small parking lot right behind the gym, making it very convenient.
With a try-it-out mindset, I took classes for two months, and the results were remarkably significant. I train every Wednesday and Friday at 8 a.m., with each session lasting an hour. I highly recommend my coach, Mark. He’s a very approachable guy who excels at encouragement-based teaching [doge]. He creates tailored plans for me; I have mobility issues with my left arm and neck, and he focuses on these areas during our sessions, providing me with suggestions for exercises to do at home. Since I’m reluctant to go to a gym, he also teaches me exercises that I can do with just body weight and simple dumbbells or kettlebells. Throughout the course, Mark has been very professional and meticulous, carefully demonstrating each move and correcting my form. He always asks if I have any questions, patiently explaining the muscles targeted by each exercise and its purpose and significance. Overall, after two months, my body fat has significantly decreased, my strength has greatly improved, and my upper body flexibility has also improved quite a bit. I've also learned many specialized exercises that are suitable for me. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I scheduled a fitness consultation and was matched with Leo Alvarez, one of their personal trainers. He is a great trainer. He took into account, my fitness history (or lack thereof) and developed a customized workout program for me based on my fitness goals and current fitness level. I came across this gym after searching for a personal trainer that could be more of a lifestyle coach and nutritionist to help me achieve my weight loss goals. I was ready to stop making excuses and get to the bottom of how I can change my behaviors to sustain a better lifestyle for my health. I found Wayne and he seemed like a good fit for me. He helped me to realize what I CAN do. I was able to lose more weight in 8 weeks than I have on my own (post baby) in the last three years! I've had my hurdles while training with Wayne, but he reminded me every time that it was not failure and it was not fatal either. If I fell down, he encouraged me to get back up and keep going. That's what counts. I used to give up easily, making excuse after excuse that I couldn't make my health a priority. My weight would keep getting higher or I would plateau. This program helped to jump start what I will now be doing for the rest of my life to sustain the changes I've made. I never thought I would bench press or dead lift as much as I have training with Wayne. He was the right amount of encouragement and pushing I needed to believe that I could do it. He was also relatable since he himself has been through many of life's challenges and he's helping others be positive despite them. I learned a lot about nutrition and balancing a program that works for me. I still have a lot to continue to reach my goal, but now I feel like I have the tools that Wayne has taught me to make health my priority for not only myself, but for my family. I joined Morph Fitness in April with a goal to restart my fitness journey. I submitted an inquiry late Sunday night and I immediately got a response from Wayne. I met with him to discuss my goals, habits and motivators. Several places I’ve joined previously did not get this personal so it felt unusual. However, he mentioned that these are all connected and crucial for me to find success in the program AND maintain a healthy lifestyle after the program. Again, it’s very unusual to have this type of conversation with a stranger but I thought, wow this dude is already keeping me accountable and I haven’t even started!
Throughout the program, Wayne continued to share his wealth of knowledge on fitness, mindset, habits and how all these things are connected. I found it very refreshing to be in a program where I am just not checking a checklist of eat this, eat that, do this and do that but a program where it fosters balance and lifestyle change.
End of the day, I stopped caring how much weight I lost (although I ~12 pounds in 5 weeks) and truly caring more about how I feel and how I take care of my body.

Joining Morph fitness was one of the best decisions I have made in the past 8+ years. I’ve done nothing but gain weight. Then when I joined, Wayne helped give me a meal plan to stick to and helped motivate me to be committed to 3 day workout classes a week along with at home workouts. I’ve only been with them a month and lost 17lbs, a whole 6% of my body fat percentage! Sarah’s classes really help push you and makes sure you get a good workout. Leo’s classes really help you in terms of strength and I’ve noticed a large difference especially with him assigning me a new at home workout to do. They are really supportive and make sure to help keep you on track to your goal. Alvin’s classes incorporate a lot of abstract exercises like bear crawls and jumping around like a frog, bringing a completely different approach and feeling kind of fun but you’ll definitely feel great after meeting the great team here with amazing results!
