Favorite class based HIIT gym! Love the workouts and the interval style with different stations. You can really get a dynamic workout every time! I love they have all different levels of weights too so can really go for more strength or speed based training depending how you’re feeling or if I need to work around injuries. Great music and community! Really great trainers and I always leave smiling and grateful I made it! The best! Keeps me in incredible shape! 🙏💪

Lower Body and Glutes with Mariya Iloved Mariya's energy!!! Unmatched and unparalleled clear directions and such thoughtful check ins with all who are up and working out at 5:30 am. I will say this is definitely a special community to be a part of when a 5:30 am class is full! The facility provides showers, lockers, towels, good quality equipment, and sincere people who will encourage you onwards!!!

I liked that Evan introduced himself, asked me if it was my first time in his class, checked on me throughout the class and helped me with my form and posture. He was very motivating, encouraging and positive. I will definitely take his class again!

Sam is a gem. He brings the perfect amount of positivity and energy one needs to do a 5:30am class. His words were very motivating and really enjoyed his sense of humor. I appreciated him taking the time to correct my form during class. As a working mom of 2 young kids, my time is precious and if I make time to do an early morning workout, I want to be sure I’m do these workouts correctly. I’ll definitely be taking his class again soon!

I’m a former OTFer was there 4 years until I decided to join Motion. I’m completely hooked to this place and don’t see myself going anywhere anytime soon. My first class was back in May and Mary Beth immediately introduced herself with a friendly smile and walked me through the class setup. Fast forward a few months I’ve been able to train with a handful of their amazing trainers who are all so motivating, helpful and play the BEST music to get you through your workout. What I love about Motion is that the 50 minutes goes fast and class doesn’t drag. There’s no room for boredom & you have the opportunity to really test your strength & get stronger which is something I’m already seeing in myself! Shoutout to Amanda, Scott, Ryan, Ari & Sam who are highly encouraging and are 100% there to support & motivate you!

Brand new facility with first class trainers and equipment. Super fun high energy group classes with mix of cardio/ conditioning and weight training. For sure will whip you into shape while partying to dance music. I’ve never left a workout here without a big smile on my face. Trainers are very personal and learns your name right away and take time to focus on your technique. Best gym around in my opinion.
