I highly recommend the yoga classes at Mount Diablo Yoga Center. I've been attending the Yin Yoga and Back Care Yoga sessions, and they've been incredibly beneficial for both strengthening and stretching my back. Monique gives personalized attention to each student, offering tailored suggestions to ensure we all get the most out of our time. The studio is conveniently located with easy parking and great facilities. A fantastic place to practice and unwind.

Small studio with a great vibe and Monique is an amazing instructor. Wide range of classes and Monique provides movement options based on the needs of each student. Highly recommend especially for golfers or others seeking more flexibility. The Thursday night Yin class has really helped with my flexibility

Love this studio!

Monique is a wonderful teacher-very attentive and experienced. I have scoliosis and struggled with discomfort in yoga classes in the past, but in Monique’s class I have learned what postures are appropriate for my back. It’s a wonderful studio. There are classes for a variety of levels and abilities.
