Amazing gym, lots of good workout equipment, clean and friendly staff. The gym is nestled amidst the beautiful green trees of the Sierra Nevada's. I've really enjoyed my workouts here. Ty Mountain Muscle!

I love this gym.
It’s especially nice because I can get a good workout and ask anyone available about a question I have pertaining to what I’m doing. Lot’s of friendly people there.
Also that adorable Utah pup that just makes me melt and his mommy Melonie.
You’d never know she is the owner. Very kind and knowledgeable.
I always have a “good feeling” when I leave.

So I've been a member for a few years now because I can't stand the big gym across the street. I'd rate the gym 1 star if it wasn't for the employees being so kind and helpful. Unfortunately like many have stated, the equipment is so outdated and they have sold off a lot of equipment I liked using. All the guys in the evening laugh when the subject of getting new equipment is brought up. I want to support this gym but they need to put some of the fees we pay back into the gym.

I like to work out here. The only thing is it is $5.00 for an replacement card and I can get a replacement card for $2.00 at the public library. I am just saying it is a little pricey. I know you will say that I shouldn't loose it, but stuff happens. The other thing that makes this place is the hours. The fact it isnopen till 11 at night. Makes working out more convenient for working parents out there.

Got all the equipment and weights you need for quality workouts. Day pass was 5, now going up to 10 dollars unfortunately, but still a way better deal then that other stuffy rip-off gym in the local shopping center across the street.

Wonderful place to go! I am no longer able to go there on a regular basis, but when I did, the staff was always phenomenal to deal with. Very clean equipment and environment. When I did go to cancel my membership, Melanie was great about it and made the process very easy. Thank you again!
