Hands down but keep them up! Best boxing gym in town! My boy has progressed exponentially in a short time. Coaches are very respectful but demand the attention for the art. It has been the best thing for my sons confidence, and over all outlook to navigate his surroundings and the world. If my boy gets knocked down, he WILL get back up! I would highly recommend!

Amazing place. Family atmosphere and the best coaching in town hands down. It took me two years of searching and praying to pick a gym. I wish I signed my kids up years ago here. After searching and trying many sports we found Move or die Boxing. It has been one of the best investments I have made with my boys. They love it. It has taught discipline, sportsmanship, respect for a sport and overall confidence within themselves. Not once have they complain going to practice that’s how much they like coach Cantu and coach Hicks. Thank you coaches for being great with my kids. I would recommend MOD to anyone that wants to try boxing specially the little ones.

It was a wonderful experience to be invited to watch the student sparring sessions. Coach Cantu, Allison, and Coach Hicks are very welcoming and have a clear commitment to their students and their mission "movement with purpose". Before officially signing up for this gym I called around to gather my options. I had scheduled consultations with this gym and another. Went to the other gym first, seen how they operated, and knew it wasn’t for me. Then I came to this gym feeling a bit skeptical based on my brief experience with the first gym. Right away I knew from the first conversation with the youth coach that this place was the right fit for my family and exceeded my expectations! They build relationships with the students and the parents, monitors grades, and behavior at gym and at home. They command discipline from the youth while still giving encouragement, praise, and respect. They conduct small hands on classes that allow them to be able to keep a close eye on the children in order to offer correction on form and technique. The parents are separated from the children, but are able to see the children closely. This allows the coaches to be able to teach effectively without the interruption from the parents, but the parents are still able to see and hear everything through a glass window. It is a contact less gym, but when the child is ready and feeling confident in themselves, they are able to decide if they wanna step in the ring! 10/10 gym for children that may not wanna hurt a fly, but will have the confidence to be able to defend themselves if needed.

Right from the start Move or die Boxing made us feel welcomed . Coach Cantu was very friendly and gave us the rundown on how things would be. We love the fact that they make kids education first priority. Both Coach Hicks and Coach Cantu are amazing with the kids. You can truly tell this is what they are ment to do, they are both great motivators great at what they do.We love the fact that the classes are small so each student gets attention and help they need .. my 13 year old son just started and he loves it!! The absolute best place to help your child come out of their shell and become a star!. I enrolled my son and the coaches there have really helped him shine. His confidence in himself is 100x more than it was. The discipline and training the coaches provide is top. Having a ring in the actual guy is crucial ro complete training. The coaches are AMAZING!!! They always encourage students to set their mind on whatever they plan on doing with their lives. In a short amount of time, you can learn a lot!! My 2 girls have been there since 2021, and they love it!! The coaches don't only want the students to focus on the boxing, but they also want them to focus on school academically. My two girls that go here also played basketball for their team, and the coaches were really proud of them. The coaches also love when students get awards. They print them out and hand them up in the office. This place is highly recommended. 👌

I've been with these guys for a year before Covid hit and they are the best coaches I have ever had.

They have nothing but love and respect for their students and will push you to be the best of yourself.
