I’ve been going to Movement For Everyone for the past few months and absolutely love it! The classes are welcoming, the atmosphere is friendly, and the instructors make everything approachable for beginners. The workouts have really helped me feel stronger and more aware of my body — highly recommend!

Zoom and studio classes are both essential to my maintaining good posture, strength and balance. Harriet and Sophia are both wonderful instuctors. They clearly know what they're doing and what is best for me. And I appreciate their good humor and tolerance! I highly recommend their Gyrokinesis classes.

Harriet’s care and expertise have been so valuable as I am working through postpartum recovery and trying to get back into strength training following a c-section. She’s so sweet with my little one and she really understands the challenges and needs of a postpartum body! Highly recommend for anyone looking to rebuild their fundamentals and find functional exercises to fit into a busy life.

I wholeheartedly recommend Harriet McMeekin! I’ve been taking Pilates and Gyrokinesis classes plus a private lesson from her every week for the past two years via Zoom. Her Pilates class is a good workout that is never dull. The Gyrokinesis class is something I hadn’t done before. It is a way of moving that I enjoy and has increased my mobility. In both classes Harriet keeps the routines varied with a range of easy to challenging. She teaches us several ways to do an exercise so that we can adapt it to our abilities. Harriet is also very articulate at describing how to do exercises which is so important when taking a remote class. At the end of each class Harriet spends extra time answering student questions. She has created a welcoming environment that has drawn in a wonderful group of people. My private lesson is a joy. She asks how my body is doing first and then tailors the routine to my current needs. I know I will always feel better after a workout with Harriet!

A wonderful space, with fantastic instructors. They are well-located and extremely clean and Covid safe. Harriet’s Pilates and gyrotonics classes in particular are both challenging and well-coached. She is a fun, accommodating, and hilarious instructor. I can’t wait until my children are old enough to take dance classes there
