Lorenz is an amazing person and personal trainer. He was so understanding of my needs and patient with my process. I was feeling really stuck in my fitness journey and he showed me the importance of mobility and loosening tissue in order to make progress. Lorenz is amazing and has a rare skillset. He is the perfect blend of nutritionist, massage therapist, and personal trainer. Lorenz knows the perfect balance of activities to keep my 57 year old body running optimally and at maximum health. 57 going on 40!

This guy really knows his craft! I've had a personal trainer before, but Lorenz has already taught me so much more. He really listened to my goals and created workouts specifically for me and those goals while addressing any injuries. Super friendly and patient. He really makes you put in the work but without being intimidating. I highly recommend him.

I started with Lorenz in horrible shape, cardio was pathetic and as he put it in initial appraisal and workout my glutes had amnesia.Yes way to much sitting with all the travel and meetings my job required.
In short, Lorenz brought balance back to my body, cardio improved then we could really go after HIT training.
Result was 30lb weight loss while gaining muscle back and excellent cardio shape.
At my request we were able to pivot to a program more sport specific - golf. Turns out not all that different in style of training. At 62 years of age, no longer needed bulk but increased focus on flexibility and continued strength. Doing great and no regrets!
I highly recommend Lorenz for training, nutrition and sports massage.

I love my training with Lorenz. He always makes it challenging but assures it’s something I can still do. I do have previous injuries that have always been painful when working out but he has taught me how to relieve the pain and still be able to work out!!! 10/10 recommend

Lorenz has fixed a few of the people I workout with and was highly recommended by one of them. I visited his gym and did a session with him and he had demonstrated what it is to be an amazing personal trainer. I will be getting some back rehab done from him in the near future and look forward to it

Lorenz is absolutely amazing! He works with your schedule and any prior injuries. When I started with him I couldn’t even do a proper squat because of my bad knee and ankle. A few months in and he had me squatting with weights. Not only did he help with my form and getting me stronger he also corrected my eating. I’m so thankful that I chose to invest in myself. I’m even more thankful for Lorenz.

Lorenz has been a big help in my recovery from an upper back injury. Not only has he helped through sports massages, but also by spreading knowledge on how best to recover and prevent future injury. Would recommend anyone to see him who has aches or sprains.
