Jackie is a highly experienced teacher who offers modifications for all fitness levels . Her barre classes are VERY effective in creating strength and tone. Her stretch class are not your basic stretches, you gain flexibility and improved posture with challenging, creative and mindful stretches . Jackie makes exercise fun !
