I absolutely love MPower Yoga in Rancho Cucamonga. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels welcoming, calm, and inspiring. It is truly a space where you can focus, recharge, and grow. The yogi community here is incredible. Everyone is supportive, encouraging, and it feels like being part of a family that motivates you to keep showing up.
The instructors are fantastic. Each one brings their own unique energy and expertise to class. They guide you through the practice with clarity and passion, and they also challenge you to push past your limits and do your best in a way that feels empowering rather than intimidating. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, lighter, and more connected both physically and mentally.
If you are looking for a yoga studio that combines an amazing atmosphere, a tight knit and uplifting community, and instructors who truly care about your growth, MPower Yoga is the place to be.

I love MPower for so many reasons! To name just a few: the welcoming and friendly front desk, the incredibly knowledgeable teachers, the clean and inviting environment, and the beautiful sense of community. Every teacher brings something special and unique to their classes, and there’s truly something for every level—whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner. I also love that they offer teacher training programs and a variety of workshops, making it easy to keep learning and growing. It’s such a warm, uplifting space focused on helping students build strength—both mentally and physically.

Ciela K is one of the most unprofessional instructors we've ever come across. We come in to see an over capacity room and when we came in she IMMEDIATELY starts yelling at two girls who came in front of us like it was their fault that there were extra people.. She made me and my little sister feel SO uncomfortable during our yoga session. I have nothing against the organization but specifically this woman. I was beyond surprised that a woman let alone a yoga instructor to yell at people for something that is her fault and hers alone. I could imagine she was overstimulated by the amount of people but thats no reason for her to be rude to customers who are paying for this experience which mind you, is supposed to be uplifting. IGNORANT, ARROGANT AND UNACCEPTABLE!

Mpower Yoga has truly been a life-changing experience for me. Everything about this studio radiates positivity—from the moment you check in to the moment you lay down on your mat, there’s a sense of peace and empowerment that flows through the entire space. The studio is always clean, welcoming, and filled with such positive energy—it genuinely feels like a safe haven.
What makes it even more special is Celia Koshak. Celia is, without a doubt, one of the most impactful instructors I’ve ever had the privilege of working with. I’ve worked in gyms and taken countless fitness classes over the years, but Celia stands out in a league of her own. Her attention to detail is incredible—especially considering how packed her classes always are. Somehow, she manages to make every student feel seen, guided, and supported.
What I admire most is how inclusive and empowering she is. Celia doesn’t care what level you’re at—whether it’s your first class or your hundredth—as long as you’re there to show up and work hard, she’s there to uplift you. Her energy creates a space where everyone feels like they belong, and where effort is celebrated just as much as ability.
Celia didn’t just make me fall in love with Yoga Sculpt—she helped me fall in love with myself. She’s taught me to carry the strength I find in my workouts into every part of my life. Her energy, her dedication, and her authenticity are truly inspiring. I’m constantly in awe of her work ethic, her presence, and the way she leads with so much heart.
Celia is beyond amazing, and I’m endlessly grateful for the way she’s helped transform not just my body, but my mindset too.
Thank you Mpower!!!

I have been going to Mpower for almost years and I started at Claremont but I will drive out to Rancho solely to go take classes with some of my favorite instructors. It’s worth the drive!! You know you are going to get a great workout with great community. And I will say Rancho location has claremont beat with having showers! It makes it so convenient!!
Special shoutout to Celia, who I would follow anywhere and would take any class she puts together!
And shoutout to Karlee who always makes sure we are taken care of and creates such a good environment for the community and I can’t wait to try her candlelight M1 class!

I’m very new to Yoga and only minimal experience with mat Pilates. I tried a few studios and quickly realized how much I love MPower compared to the rest. I’ve had nothing but great classes and experiences with all the instructors. I feel so welcomed walking in, not judged for learning and confident that I can ask questions if I’m lost on anything. I have a long history of past and ongoing back pain with sports and my children. Almost non existent if I’m consistent with my classes. I can’t recommend this student enough. Truly the best ❤️

As a first time guest here I felt welcomed by the receptionist.. however, the instructor Celia Koshak is not very welcoming to new guests. Katherine did not once acknowledge her first timers in a respectful manner. Celia was very hostile, disregarding, and very nonchalant towards her first time guests. She did not once go over the expectations of the class and expected me to know what to do and how to do it. I felt very attacked and felt as though I was not welcomed. She was not very Namaste acting. :)

Terrible experience – zero flexibility and rude staff
I went to check out M-Power Yoga for a class and arrived just three minutes late. Since it was my first time there, it’s natural that I took a little longer to find the place. However, when I arrived, I found the door closed, and the reception I received was extremely rude and inflexible. They simply told me I couldn’t enter, with no consideration or attempt to offer an alternative.
If a wellness and balance studio can’t even show a minimum level of empathy and kindness, then it’s clearly going against what it preaches. Cold service, no hospitality, and no concern for new clients. If you’re looking for a friendly and welcoming environment, you’d better find another place. I definitely do not recommend it!

The energy here is amazing with friendly staff, clean and spacious studio and a variety of classes ranging from Gentle Yoga to a vigorous challenging heated MPower 2Yoga. I was eager to try something new and exciting, and three weeks ago, I took the leap and joined this incredible studio. Initially, I was understandably nervous about joining a new fitness environment, but those fears quickly vanished. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff, Teila, Victoria and the entire staff who made me feel instantly welcome.
The studio itself is impeccably clean and exudes a vibrant energy that's truly motivating. I've had the pleasure of experiencing classes with several exceptional top-notch instructors: Stephanie for Mat Pilates, Holly for MPower2, Priya for Kundalini Release, Christine for MPower 1&2, Valeria for MPower 1, and Celia for Yoga Sculpt. Each instructor is incredibly knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and genuinely passionate about helping their students succeed.
Every class presents a challenging yet rewarding experience, and the diverse offerings cater to all fitness levels. Whether you're a seasoned athlete or just beginning your fitness journey, you'll undoubtedly find a class that suits your needs and pushes you to reach your goals. The positive and supportive atmosphere cultivated by the instructors and fellow members is truly inspiring. I wholeheartedly recommend this studio to anyone seeking to elevate their fitness experience!

I love the variety of classes MPower offers! I’ve gained strength and flexibility with every challenging class. The instructors encourage you to get out of your comfort zone. Don’t be intimidated. Let them know if it’s your first time and they’ll give you modifications for every pose. I love coming here to clear my mind and be in a distraction-free space. Everyone is welcoming and supportive. I leave each class feeling proud of what my body was able to accomplish.

LIFE ALTERING! I was mentally and physically broken from the dance world and life. MPower changed everything. I was riddled with injuries and had intense back pain, and within a week, I was significantly better. Six months later, I don’t even recognize my body. I’m stronger and healthier than I’ve ever been. I owe everything to Johannah and her MPower staff.

Absolutely fantastic experience at Mpower Yoga! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed by the calming ambiance and warm energy. The studio is beautifully designed, creating a peaceful environment that immediately puts you at ease. The instructors are top-notch—knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely passionate about helping each student improve their practice.
I’ve taken several classes here, and each one is a perfect balance of challenge and relaxation. Whether you’re a beginner or advanced, the instructors are skilled at providing modifications and variations to suit all levels. The classes themselves are diverse, offering everything from restorative yoga to more dynamic flow sequences, so there’s something for everyone.
What really sets this place apart is the sense of community. It’s not just a yoga studio; it feels like a supportive space where people come together to grow, both on and off the mat. I’ve made great connections here, and I always leave feeling rejuvenated—both physically and mentally.
If you're looking for a high-quality yoga studio with a welcoming vibe and expert instruction, I highly recommend MPower Yoga. It’s truly a gem!

Overpriced (currently $175 a month!) and terrible customer service. MPower has bad business practices - see all other negative reviews for similar examples. They don’t make you feel valued as a customer, they just want the $$ in your bank account. There are now several other better and much less expensive options in Rancho which include: YogaSix, Xhale, Bikram, etc.
Ironically, this place is NOT empowering to (pregnant) women. My wife was a member of this studio for several years. When she became pregnant, she requested to freeze her membership since prenatal classes were NOT being offered and after a few months she was unable to continue with most of the movements. Her monthly rate was “grandfathered” at $145 since she was a longtime member. The owner refused to allow her to freeze her membership despite the policy on her website clearly stating that it could not be frozen with less than 10 days notice. We were perfectly fine with giving more than 10 days notice. Regardless, the owner refused and immediately changed the policy language on her website the very next morning to disallow freezing of any kind. She essentially gave us two options:
1) keep paying $145 for a membership we can’t use due to pregnancy limitations, or
2) cancel and restart the membership after pregnancy at the higher $175 rate.
Way to congratulate us on the pregnancy huh? What bothered us most was that she claimed disallowing us from freezing our membership allows her studio to “support all members equally”. How insincere. She should have just said she wants to provide a lack of support equally, or just be perfectly honest and tell us you’d prefer to raise the price on us. We would have respected her honesty more than some insincere corporate HR-like response.
We can afford the increase but for the value it’s definitely not worth it, there are much better studios out there for a lot less $$, and the overall customer experience just left a bad taste in our mouth.

I love Mpower Yoga! It has such a welcoming environment. The instructors adjusts, as well as encourage each of the students anatomical differences. The front desk is very polite, the studio is cleanly, and the membership rewards program is a big help when buying from the studio. In addition to supporting small businesses. It is family friendly and I would definitely recommend to friends.😊

Unfortunately, I’ll have to agree with the other reviewers on how this studios operates as a business. I took two classes (was injured in the second class - stepping back into warrior 2 from awkward half moon sequence in the first 5 minutes of class) I’ve been doing yoga for years but was clearly not warm. My Achilles tendon is still not right two months later. I left class and told the studio employee what happened. No one followed up - they just continued to charge away! I told the owner when I joined that I was moving the following month. Nonetheless, In the end I paid $320+ for two classes. I went into the studio to cancel and was told I would have to send an email by the child (I believe it’s the owners son?) behind the desk who was also indifferent on the day of my injury when I left class. The owner and I went back and forth on email and essentially she said she could not refund my unused membership fees because she wouldn’t be able to stay in business. 😬 I decided to let Karma take the reigns and think of it as charity for a struggling owner , but please know, there will be no grace from this studio should a situation involving money arise! Namaste? Nah…Imma- Go! There are plenty of studios in the area, MPower - people have choices. 🧘🏽♂️

Unfortunately this place does bad business. Save your time and money. I urge you to read the low star reviews. This place is all about taking your money and not caring about the poor business practice they are portraying. Due to the studio being closed due to COVID I was unable to use sessions I purchased. Since they are still closed, 7 months later and no idea when they will open again I requested a refund. They refused my $150 refund (not breaking the bank here for a business). I explained that I was moving out of state and I would never be able to use it since they've been closed for so long... After weeks of emailing back and never getting a response, I asked if they could at least transfer it to a friend and they fought me, asking me to pay a transfer fee. I responded with asking for a manager to call me. The manager Natalia called me and did nothing but fight with me for 20 minutes. I was shocked, that a manager is raising her voice to a customer? Not very yoga like in my opinion. I understand this is a difficult time for businesses but to have her fighting with me about it for 20 minutes makes me not even want to give the sessions to my friend. Your goal Mpower, should be to retain customers during this time not push them further away. I have a bad taste regarding this company and the way they try to take advantage of their customers. I felt unheard, and extremely used ... I will have to dispute the charge with my card. Please do not visit this studio again, unless you don't mind them being all about your $$
