The owner, Paola, is incredibly knowledgeabe, attentive, and hands on as a coach and business owner. I am one of her online clients and am trained solely through her app which has been amazing. Through her app she gives me my personalized meal plan, macros, and workouts that are planned and tailored to my specific goals and body. Not only are the workouts simple and effective to follow and track in the app but every exercise has a video to explain form which ensure everything is done properly. This app is a game changer and I am OBSESSED with it and with Paola. She truly is incredible at what she does.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this gym! I trained here for my Muscle Contest prep and had the best coach I could’ve ever asked for. Paola was incredibly attentive from day one. She always was on top of everything, always checking in, and always making sure I felt seen, supported, and completely taken care of. Her energy is honestly the heartbeat of the gym. She makes everyone feel welcome, cared for, and capable of their best. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in every client she works with. Also, her partner kevin holds it down when she is away at the shows. I love their teamwork and ability to accommodate everyone.

I’ve been training at this gym for almost seven years now, and honestly it still feels like my second home. The coaches actually pay attention, the vibe is super supportive, and their online training has been a lifesaver during busy school weeks. Absolutely adore MPR fitness! Paola has been such a wonderful help with getting my health back on track. Her app makes it so easy to keep up with exercises in-between our in-person lessons. She also helps with meal planning which the app makes easy! Not to mention she is an extremely sweet empathetic person. I had a lot of anxiety about returning to a gym but MPR Fitness is definitely a judgement free zone welcoming people of ages and sizes! I couldn't be more grateful!

I am writing to formally express my concerns regarding recent actions taken by One Dream Cheer that have unfairly singled out our daughter and caused unnecessary confusion due to unexpected schedule changes one week before competition. The competition was originally set for April 6th and then got suddenly changed to April 12th last minute due to lack of preparation on the coaching staff and unproductive professionalism blaming it on the kids not being ready for comps. These actions have not only disrupted plans but have also raised concerns about fairness and transparency within the organization. We paid our money and have attended every practice since signing up and committed our daughter to attend the program. (It is the coaches job to ensure that the kids are ready to perform at competition time which parents have spent money and time efforts making sure their kids are ready and committed.)

It has come to my attention that our daughter has been treated differently compared to others in similar situations. Whether intentional or not, the perception of bias is evident, and it is important that all members are treated with fairness and respect. Furthermore, the abrupt changes in scheduled dates without clear communication have caused significant inconvenience, making it difficult to properly prepare and participate as expected. When speaking to the Owner, she quickly got defensive in a normal calm conversation we wanted to have with her via phone and her not wanting to accept responsibility and ownership for the damage she caused. (Partial refunds, finger pointing are not an easy way out to cop out of ownership when running a business.

I urge the organization to address these concerns by ensuring consistency in decision-making, improving communication regarding schedule changes, and fostering an environment where every individual is treated fairly. Transparency and fairness are key to maintaining trust and professionalism within One Dream… We will not be coming back and hope you all future attendees reading this pay close attention to what this program is doing and how they are operating.

I started with group training at MPR almost a year ago and I can confidently say it's been one of the best decisions I've ever made. I've grown so much, both physically and mentally. I've never felt as strong as I do now. Now onto the owner Paola–I can't emphasize enough how incredible she is! She's such a knowledgable trainer who pushes me during every session, provides constructive feedback on form and diet, and is genuinely invested in her clients' fitness journey. I love how MPR Fitness LLC has become part of my fitness journey. Helping me get stronger both physically and mentally. Paola is a great instructor always motivating and making sure I'm keeping my form right and that I'm not slacking. I'm the type of person that if I go to the gym for 45 minutes to an hour I'm not going to push myself or know what to do or go near the weights because it's always so intimidating, but at MPR I get a good solid workout learn how to properly use weights and most of all have fun while doing it. There's all type of fitness levels and ages in the classes. I love the community that has formed and I enjoy coming in and seeing my MPR family including Ruca.

MPR is a great place to workout. Paola, owner and trainer, is passionate to get me to reach my goals. She has me send a food log everyday and reminds me to stay on track with exercise and diet. MPR has a variety of classes to keep everyone interested; some classes include boxing, TRX, and yoga. I love going to MPR and will continue to have Paola be my main source of exercise/motivation to lose weight.

Paola and her gym are both absolutely amazing!

First, you never have to worry about the gym being dirty or handling dirty gym equipment. Paola takes a lot of time to clean and sanitize her gym at all times, making it a very pristine place for us to work out in.

She has all the equipment and space you could possibly need! I've found , several times, that the gym that I go to generally doesn't have the weight that I need and that I'm used to, but Paola's gym always does, so I generally look foward to going there to workout.

I've never personally done any of her group bootcamps as I do personal training, but either will be completely worth it because you'll be working with Paola. Both her and her mother Mara are lovely, charismatic, uplifting people and are amazing and knowledeable trainers who care so much about people like me. With Paola I've lost 20 pounds and have become so much stronger!

Keep in mind, both Paola and Mara work with special cases as well. If you have a special need, and in my case, I have a bad knee and hip, they will cater to that particular need and make sure to strengthen the areas necessary to help with maintaining the issue or create a workout around the issue to cater to it and keep you healthy.

She also has a bunch of fun events at her gym, like her Halloween workout party, candlelit yoga, general yoga classes, free bootcamp classes with meal preps and food, and so many other cool events. She's even going to throw a Christmas themed workout party! Of course with food and a bunch of vendors.

Overall, I love this gym, I love the trainers, and I love the results I've gotten from training at MPR Fitness. I can't imagine going anywhere else ever!
