I was very pleased when I saw the place as I am new to the Cobb Mt. area. The equipment was state of the art. Then the staff was so helpful and went far out of their way to help me regarding a matter unrelated to fitness. I know where I want to work out !! I'm
planning on joining with a new membership very soon...

I LOVE THIS GYM! They have all kinds of equipment, and I mean everything you can imagine! There are machines here I've never seen in any other gym. I travel for work often and this place makes it possible for me to keep pushing my numbers and stay in top shape while I'm on the road. I am a powerlifter and found this gym to be perfect for me!!! Nate thanks so much your service you provide and your hospitality! I recommend this gym to anyone who is serious about their fitness and truly wants to achieve their goals. Let me tell you... THIS IS THE PLACE!!!

Best Gym in the area.
Great rates, friendly atmosphere among the regulars, never overly busy even during peak hours, and very friendly and professional staff and owner.
Plenty of machines so you can expect to get in your workout even if someone else is using your regular machine.
Huge variety of machines and stations to ensure you have a lot of choices for how you wish to get into shape.
easy 10/10. will gladly be a regular of this facility for years to come

I've been going here for a year now and the place is great, the owners and employees make you feel comfortable and always have a smile on their face when you come in. They have so many resources and equipment to help you achieve your goals and are always ready to help. Very affordable, not overwhelming, and the people who also attend are very nice.

Came in from out-of-town and was looking for day passes. The management was very professional and accommodating. The facility was super clean and they had all the equipment I could need, from cardio machines, to free weights, to big tv’s so I could get my Gameday fill.

I go here almost everyday. It's rarely crowded even during peak hours and is a good environment to get healthy. I've lost about 40 pounds this year just staying consistent and showing up. The times I've had to interact with Nate and Lara (the owners) they helped me and were very friendly. I haven't used the personal training services or attended any of the classes but they're probably great for meeting goals in regards to your health.
