I’ve been training at MVMNT for 6 months now, and the transformation has been incredible. When I started, as a almost 50 year old male, sitting at 43% body fat, barely active, and honestly feeling lazy and unmotivated. Fast forward half a year, and I’m now working out 5 days a week, feeling stronger, more mobile, and full of energy. My mobility and movement have drastically improved, and I've gained lean muscle while losing body fat, I'm fitting into clothes that hadn't fit in years and feeling more confident in my everyday life. I’m stronger both physically and mentally. My cardio endurance, flexibility, and overall strength have all improved dramatically. I actually look forward to every workout.

Amy (the head coach) is such an amazing coach and person who genuinely cares about your well-being. She meets you exactly where you are and helps you progress safely and effectively. Every class feels like a personal training session. She's fully aware of my mobility limitations, makes smart modifications, and teaches techniques that build a strong, lasting foundation. Her approach ensures that you’re not only getting fitter but also moving better and preventing injury.

All of the coaches here are fantastic, knowledgeable, motivating, and supportive. They create an environment where everyone can succeed, no matter their fitness level.

I’ve been to nine gyms in the past five years, and this one is by far the best. The community here is uplifting, supportive, and motivating, everyone encourages each other to keep showing up and doing their best.

My health was going downhill before I started here, and I wasn’t looking forward to turning 50. Now, I’m excited for the future, for my health, and for for how much stronger and happier I feel. Six months strong — and I plan to be here for many years to come.

I've been to a lot of gyms over the years, but nothing compares this one. Amy the owner is truly one of the most knowledgeable and caring professionals in the fitness industry—hands down. Even though the workouts are in a group setting, they’re always thoughtfully tailored to your individual needs and fitness level. It’s clear there’s a deep understanding and intention behind every movement and program.

Every trainer genuinely cares, not just about your performance, but about your quality of life and long-term progress in and out of the gym. You’re not just another member—you’re part of a community.

The atmosphere is also incredibly welcoming, fun and supportive. The programming is consistently challenging and effective no matter your background or goals. It's everything you need in a gym—and so much more. Highly recommend!

This review is long overdue, but I can’t say enough good things about MVMNT Collective and especially the head coach, Amy. She is not only an amazing coach but an incredible human being. Her passion for coaching shows through in the way she remembers details about each individual, making sure every person’s needs are considered in every class.

Her coaching on lifting technique is next level. I always walk away having learned something new or found a better way to improve my movements. She has an incredible eye for detail and explains things in a way that actually clicks.

On a more personal note, Amy supported me through my entire pregnancy. She is experienced in coaching pregnant women and always knew what adjustments I needed at different stages. Thanks to her, I was able to safely keep lifting through my third trimester. She and all the coaches were always prepared to help me modify workouts to keep me moving while keeping safety in mind which helped me stay strong and confident. During my active labor and pushing for 5 hours, the hospital staff kept commenting on how low and steady my heart rate was and I truly credit that to the fitness and support I had from Amy and the coaching team.

This gym is more than just a place to work out, it’s a community, and that’s largely because of the passion and care that Amy, Dylan and the entire coaching team puts into it. If you’re looking for a place with world-class coaching, genuine support, and a team that truly pays attention to you as an individual, this is it.

I’ve been going to MVMNT Collective for a little over a year now, and it’s hands-down the best CrossFit experience I’ve ever had. From day one, it’s clear that Amy, the owner, genuinely cares about each member and is dedicated to helping people build strength, confidence, and a healthier lifestyle overall.

She starts everyone off with an initial assessment and a series of foundational sessions—not just to teach proper movement, but to learn about your individual background, including any past or current injuries. Her focus on safety and long-term progress really sets the tone.

The coaching staff is amazing—every class includes a solid warm-up, and they’re great at offering modifications and individual attention when needed. You never feel neglected or like just another number; the coaches are attentive, supportive, and truly invested in your progress.

I have been apart of a handful of CrossFit gyms over the past almost decade, and this is by far the best in terms of feeling welcomed, empowered, and included. The owners are outstanding people who have a strong commitment to the gym culture being supportive of everyone, no matter where they are at in their fitness journey. This has cultivated a gym culture where everyone cheers for one another rather than competes.

I joined the gym about a year after having my baby and almost two years of not working out for medical reasons. I felt so incredibly supported and validated throughout my year at MVMNT. Most of the classes are women from all stages of life - younger women, postpartum moms with baby in tow, and senior athletes - all who are INCREDIBLY motivating to workout alongside. I'm so grateful for this gym and space <3

MVMNT is typically the best part of my day. The coaches are so professional, knowledgable, and attentive to each individual. Everybody is treated equally as important, the community is so great to have, and I have seen the best results with their programming. With their Lift and Move class I am able to target specific parts of my body and they give me the tools to handle my injuries properly. It is an excellent balance between strength building and endurance. Can't recommend their services enough!!

I have never really historically been comfortable in gyms, especially in a group fitness setting, it can be so overwhelming and in certain environments, people seem to take themselves too seriously.
MVMNT is the first gym where I am excited to go and see the community that I've come to know there. Everyone I've worked out with is kind and friendly and the instructors especially the owner Amy is one of the best coaches I've ever worked with. The workouts are well thought out and the coaching is thorough and detail oriented even in the group settings, they somehow seem to check in with everyone individually.
On top of that the instruction is done in a way that has the intent to educate you why we're doing the movements that we do and form is such an essential focus here!
If you've ever been skeptical about group fitness or had some fears or reservations about jumping into an environment like this, I highly recommend MVMNT collective
it has spoiled me for any other gyms !

I love this place! This is one of the cleanest crossfit gyms I have ever been to and I've been doing crossfit for about 15 years and have visited multiple crossfit gyms throughout the world. They have great coaches that are very knowledgeable and also have other great programs if you are looking for a workout program other than crossfit. The gym has a great layout and tons of space. Definitely recommended going here if you are looking for a gym.

There is so much to say about MVMNT Collective! Coach Amy and Coach Dylan have established such a welcoming and inclusive environment! I feel truly cared about and supported! It is honestly a no-brainer when it comes to finding a gym, in which you are encouraged to work hard, while also making sure that you feel good! All of the coaches are so knowledgeable and are so helpful! I have learned so much about my body—how to stretch properly, how to engage particular muscles and so much more! I also LOVE that they offer fundamental classes and it really sets them apart from other gyms! Like I said, earlier, there’s so much to share! We moved here from Tampa, FL in March 2024 with the goal of leveling up our health and fitness. After doing some research we found that The MVMNT Collective was exactly what we were looking for!! Coach Amy’s (co-owner as well + Dylan) background in health, functional fitness and nutrition combined with her passion and care is remarkable…and talk about a welcoming bunch of people! I could barely walk when we showed up day 1 with the pain in my back from my scoliosis and all the travel. I’ve been working 1-1 with coach and I already feel like a new person! 🫶🏼 Thank you!!!!

Great vibes and even better coaching! Amy, Dylan, and their crew really care about the people as athletes and individuals. Proper movement is prioritized while fun and results are inevitable. Wow! What an amazing experience. I was in town for almost 3 weeks and dropped in to work out with my nephew. I'm 62, and not too familiar with crossfit, but Amy was amazing in making me feel comfortable and making sure I knew what to do when, and how to do it properly (with plenty of modifications :o) Crazy friendly members to work out with -- especially the 5am crew! Super knowledgeable staff, fantastic members. I learned a ton. I can't recommend them enough!
