My Gym Folsom is absolutely fantastic! The coaches are amazing, super interactive, encouraging, and truly dedicated to helping the children learn and grow. They teach a wide variety of skills and always keep the kids engaged and excited.

The facility is spotless, and I really appreciate that the station arrangement changes frequently. It keeps every class fresh, fun, and stimulating for the kids. The pricing is great, and there are plenty of class times available, which makes scheduling super convenient.

As long as you’re not really serious about gymnastics and more in it for the fun - this place is so great! Way better experience than Tricks. Way less overwhelming. And Coach Jammin is seriously the best!!! The kids have such a good time.

My Gym in Folsom has been a great fit for my two year old son and four year old daughter. We decided to join because our friends couldn't stop raving about their unlimited classes and free play days (there's no catch)! They can participate in siblings class and/or individually. My children ask if we can go to My Gym every single day. It's age appropriate and fun. They love making new friends, and instructors are friendly and entertaining! The staff were very helpful with choosing a home class for my little ones, also explaining how to schedule future classes, making it easy to understand, and underwhelming! I've reached out to customer service regarding additional questions recently and was contacted immediately with helpful information the next day. I'm very impressed with the overall environment, the energetic team members, and how each program is planned efficiently for specific age groups!

We decided to take advantage of the $20 two week unlimited trial and my daughter loves it. She has done the Mighty Mites and Ninja classes and loved both. Not over crowded with 2 instructors per class. We will definitely be full time members when the trial ends!

My 14 month old daughter absolutely loves going to My Gym! It is such a fun environment for kids. It’s only been a couple of weeks and she is already able to climb things she wasn’t able to on week one. The instructors are so encouraging but also understand when to not push a kids limits if they’re scared or unsure. I cannot say enough great things about this place. 10/10 recommend!

I am so glad we found this place! Every staff member we’ve met has made it a point to interact with my 2 year old. My son tends to be very shy and they have been so patient and understanding! They are great with kids and have the balance of giving him space and also one on one attention. The gym itself is super clean and they disinfect regularly as well as encourage everyone to use hand sanitizer. I love the music they play and all of the activities they plan. The gym floor is switched up daily and you get unlimited classes! This is a great “yes space” for children to explore safely while still challenging themselves! My son has already tried new things after just a few days! Their curriculum is age appropriate and engaging. They also offer fun events throughout the year! This is a great opportunity to spend quality time with your child and meet other parents. My gym is the best part of our day. I cannot recommend it enough!

My 2.5 yr old daughter and I had the best time. The teachers are great and very engaging. The music pumped everyone up, even my sister who was sitting and watching couldn't help but dance! My daughter and I have taken a lot of classes and this was the first time my daughter walked out of a class and said "Mama, I love it. Can we go back?"

We LOVE coming to My Gym! Ms. Nia, Mr. Ray, and Mr. Jamin are amazing! They always have the best energy, are fun and outgoing, and are so great with all of the kiddos. I love how interactive all of the activities are and how hands-on all of the teachers are with the kids. I appreciate them being patient with the kids, while also encouraging them to come out of their shell and step out of their comfort zone. Thank you Ms. Nia, Mr. Ray, and Mr. Jamin!

My granddaughter has been attending the My Gym program for over a year and there is never a week when she doesn’t want to go….that says a lot! We used My Gym Folsom for my daughter’s 6th birthday party. Their new location in the Palladio is so nice! Booking the party online was easy and all the staff was always so helpful. They kept me updated with emails and phone calls to make sure everything goes smoothly for the party…and everything did! It was such a fun party! I loved that I got to enjoy it all and watch the party and not have to worry about any of the planning, order of events, set up and clean up. Such a great deal! The staff made the party fun and exciting and kept the kids entertained the whole time. They were patient with them, they laughed and played with them, and they made for a fun time for everyone involved. I am so happy with how everything turned out, and my daughter enjoyed her special party so much! I definitely recommend them for birthday parties!

My very hyperactive 3 year old attending the terrific tots class with Jamin and Ray and they were absolutely amazing! They were both so enthusiastic, funny and engaging with the kids. The music was fun and the class was a great balance of skill development and fun activities. The facility was very clean. I highly recommend this place!

Our son LOVES My Gym in Folsom. He's been attending since mid-August 2013. The teachers are awesome. They interact with the children so well and really get them moving. They show a great amount of patience when children don't want to behave or get a little too rambunctious. The teachers have been steady (very little turnover) in his class and our son enjoys seeing his teachers, Kyle and Caprice, on a weekly basis. The few sessions he has missed, he's given the opportunity to make up at another time.
We've also participated in the Parents' Night Out a couple of times. That was a great opportunity for us to go out and for our son to interact with the other children who attend My Gym. They provide activities, dinner and lots of fun for the children.
Halloween was a blast too. The teachers all dressed up and the children are encouraged to attend during specific time-frames per age groups - in costume! It was adorable!
My Gym encourages movement, coordination, and healthy activities in a fun, child-centric way. Our son smiles the entire time he is there and that's the best endorsement that I can give!
