Seemed to be a great place but now they aren’t open and not answering the phone. Would love to know what’s going on since we gave this as a birthday gift! And paid a month in advance !!

Does not recommend: Despite of a few nice text exchanges (they are not as responsive on calls), I was turned away today at the front desk because they couldn't find my profile in the system ( I do have one and screenshoted to them later). I did call and text prior arrival but no response. When asked if I could complete the profile after the class (the class is about to start). I was told no.
For a business that specializes in kids and a class focusing on infants and toddlers I found the way they handled it disheartening as they do not seem to think about or care about difficult to make it happen logistically.
P.S I did not pay ahead of time because even for a trial class the system asks to put a credit card on file that will automatic draws payment unless you go in there and change the setting.
So yes a system that is kinda "sneaky", combined with the inefficient communication...I cannot give a valuation of the class itself unfortunately. The text responses I got focused on how the waiver is required and I could not be located in the system. They really missed the point.

So getting baby ready, driving 15 mins, turned away, 15 mins back and no trial class. And most importantly a crying baby in the backseat on the way home. Definitely don't want any other moms go through the same drill.

My baby has been going to My Gym La Verne since he was just 3 months old and it has been such a gift for both of us. We are in the Tiny Tykes class and I’m amazed at how much he has grown already. His motor, social, and communication skills have taken off and I really believe My Gym has been a huge part of that.

The gym is spotless and I love that the setup and activities change every week so the kids are always challenged and engaged. I had thought about signing up for classes through the city, but this has been such a better value. It’s actually more affordable and the teachers here are true experts who really understand babies and kids.

As a mom, it has also given me a place to connect with other moms while my little one makes his first friends. We go several times a week and it’s truly become part of our routine. The staff and management make you feel so welcome and supported. I couldn’t be more grateful for this place. If you’re considering joining, do it, it’s one of the best decisions we’ve made for our family.

My sons had a wonderful time here! The facility is kept really clean and is well maintained. The staff is welcoming, friendly, and great with kids. There are so many activities offered for them to move and explore, they definitely had fun and got all their baby/toddler energy out!

When we came here we decided to try this place for one week. The only agreement I had with them, was to pay $29 for one week trial.  We had terrible first week experience ( total waste of time). The first day the instructors provided some planned activity. But for the second day they said they don't have enough students. So they just said the kids can just use the facilities and play.

After the first week we never step foot inside the gym. So I thought that would be all.

But then later I see a charge of $119 on my card for something I was never informed of or consented to.  So, when I went to the place I thought it would be a quick thing and they would quickly acknowledge their mistake, and I would get a refund. Instead, I was told that the owner would contact me. But they would not provide any contact information or anything in writing acknowledging their mistake or course of action.
To make long story short, I was able to get my refund but I had just terrible experience with this company.

I absolutely love my gym! I’ve only ever been to this location and we will continue to stay with this location! Mz.Hailey is always so friendly and welcoming and always brings a smile to mine and my sons day! The gym is clean and I really appreciated the well-stocked diaper station. There are different activities every week and it is very interactive. We do the waddlers class and my son has learned so much about exploring his curiosity and getting all his energy out. I definitely recommend this to every parent I meet lol. This has become an almost daily routine for my son & I and he always takes a great nap after his class. Would 100% recommend joining!

My little girl loves MyGym. I had to pause her for a month and she couldn’t stop asking to go back during that one month. I continued her again and she is super happy. Coaches are all very kind and patient. I have been recommending to all my mom friends and will definitely recommend to others!

My son absolutely loves this place! He's 3y7mo and has been attending this gym since he was about 1. They have structured classes as well as free play classes available. My boys is an active boy that doesn't always follow directions but the staff is patient with him and they kindly guide him as needed. The equipment and playroom always seem very clean and you can spot them cleaning after every class. Adults wear masks and masks are optional for kids. Would totally recommend them for a family looking to start their kiddo in some gross motor play. Tell them Wendy sent you, maybe ill get a discount 😏 haha, seriously though we love it there!

This place will always have a special place in my heart. The staff is friendly and they really want to see the children who come through the doors grow in so many ways. This place really helped my nieces come out of their shell. My gym gave them the confidence to concur the hardest things in their lives. This place is one of the best ones in the area we have been to. Both of my little ones love it. It is perfect for crawlers, rambunctious toddlers, and the older ones that need to get out energy in a safe environment. My little ones are expose to more learning and active learning, socialization, listening, following directions, sharing, taking turns, dancing, singing..... things that my kids needed more exposure to apart from me.
