I did my son's 1st birthday party, not knowing much about My Gym, fast forward 6 months and now it is part of our families routine. I can't put into words the amount of love the instructors have poured into my son. Ms. Celia, Ms. India and Ms. Mimi are amazing, they make us feel welcomed, always remember the smallest details, know how to attend to every child's needs. They manage their classes so well, and he has learned so much from attending My Gym. I love how every week we are getting something new. 6 months in and it still hasn't felt redundant. They are so well at making every week feel so special with their stories, imaginative play, target motor skill, and so much more. It truly feels like a community.

My kids (2&5 yrs old)love this gym and teachers.
Teachers are very energetic, fun and patient. They know each kids name and interact with them very well.
The contents of the class changes from now and then so kids don't get bored. They teach not only the technical thing but also how to have fun by playing games.
I respect and appreciate their hard work and effort!

Not only do we love the weekly classes offered and all of the teachers we have met, but we also just had my son’s third birthday party and they absolutely knocked it out of the park. My role as the parent could not have been easier. The two teachers there, Miss Sunny and Miss Sana were high energy and somehow kept a group of 15 three year olds on track, leading them in games and so much fun. They made my son feel SO special and I cannot thank them enough. Thank you, My Gym!

I can’t recommend this place enough. Brent the owner is this place, is amazing and a genuine person. The staff here is incredible and also truly care. My son loves this place and is constantly learning something new here. Balancing, swinging, different songs and activities, this is where you want to be if you have a child!

My son had a great time when it came to Ninja Class. With his positive feedback, he had an awesome experience here. Trying to find a place for stimulating the mind for developing kids? This place is a good start. Great layout for children to let loose, tasks for kids to "train," and friendly environment to invitethe fun on the floor. With their structure, it was cool to see my son actively gain skills and have fun with other folk's kids. It's a bit out of the way for us. I would recommend it to others.

Exceeded our expectations for our son's birthday party. The instructors did an excellent job keeping the children occupied in addition to serving food/cake and helping with clean up.

Both instructors (Jamin and Sonny) were positive and energetic the whole time. It was probably one of the "easiest" birthday parties we have ever done! Would do it again in the future. Thanks.

My Gym Elk Grove did an excellent job with the birthday we had there. It was so nice to be able to just bring the food, drinks, and cake and My Gym took care of the rest. They had the decorations all set up and had the whole party well-planned out. We just showed up, and the kids and even the adults had a great time! They came up with a very interactive, fun program that kept the party entertaining the entire time. Mr. Val and Mrs. Sunnie were fantastic hosts! They were friendly, fun, and engaging. They showed hospitality as they served the food and cake as well. It was great! I’m grateful for the wonderfully memorable experience we had for our child’s special day. Thank you My Gym Elk Grove!

My 5 and 2 year-old had a fun time at MyGym. They took two separate classes: Ninja Jr. And toddler gymnastics, respectively. The instructors were extremely attentive and knew how to handle a group of children well to keep them Engaged and active. If it wasn’t for a time conflict, we’d have kept the membership.

My Gym Children Fitness is the best place you could have you kids party. My daughter Valentina turned 2 in June and her party was a total success. All of the kids enjoyed it and the staff members were awesome. I paid for the biggest package they had and add time. Money well spent!

I've placed every one of my kids into mygym starting at 2yo and they've been consistent with their quality. It's a great way to introduce my little ones to a level of independence and structured play. The staff here are excellent with children and it never cease to amaze me the level of energy, attention, and care they provide to each child. My children come home eager to practice the activities they've learned that day.
We've hosted a good amount of parties through them as well. Since they do most of the set up and cleaning it's an affordable and easy way for kids to have supervised fun while adults can hang back to chit-chat.
The online portal is well designed and I appreciate the ease of being able to book additional classes or mark my child absent. Because the parent is able to view the details of their account and have so much control over it, I feel that it allows the staff to truly give full undivided attention to the children as well as maintain the cleanliness as each item is sanitized before and after each class.
Overall I have and will continue to highly recommend mygym for any parent looking to get their kids active.

This place is great. We went to a birthday party for a friend of our daughter and the place is really great. Our 5 year old and 2.5 year old were able to play worry free as everything there is very kid friendly. The staff playing with the children were really nice and patient too. Great place.

We hosted a 6 year old birthday party at this location. The staff was great. The birthday boy and his guests had smiles on their faces and engaged with the activities. We had 15 kids show up. We did face paintings, which half of the kids did. My daughter didn’t want to wash it off, she loved the rainbow unicorn so much. The ages of kids kids at the party ranged from 1-10. Everyone had fun. The staff were flexible and considerate and communicative. They did the set up for snacks and cleaned everything up. I am very thankful for their kindness and care.

Our experience with My Gym was simply a great one! Their wonderful teachers helped our 4 year old daughter learn the social and listening skills needed in order to prepare her for preschool. And she had so much fun in the process! Every week, the classes taught something new and exciting, using different props, songs, and activities.

The heart of what makes My Gym especially awesome, is their teachers. All of the teachers there are so incredibly patient, kind, and encouraging. They know, remember, and call out each child by name during class, making each child feel welcomed and included.

I joined with the $20 unlimited for 2 weeks special. I love this place. The teachers are great, they remember the kids names and are friendly and attentive. It’s well kept and clean. The classes are organized and structured, it has helped my 2 year old. When we first went he didn’t know what to do but now he follows along and loves going.

This place was super clean and the staff is really nice! They deal with kids very well. My 2 yr old went there for a birthday party and she LOVED it. Definitely recommend for about ages 1½ to possibly 7 any older the kids are too big. The staff interacts with all the kids at all times and you can tell they enjoy all the Littles.

So thankful we found MyGym! We have a drive (nothing for kids in our area) but it’s worth it! They have so much for my daughter to do, then add in the structure of the classes and it’s such a fun experience for my daughter. We love our classes with Mr. Ray, Mr. Josh and Mr. Roberto. They always help my daughter and make sure she’s included as I carry my other little one. You can tell they love what they do. They make it such an exciting, special experience for the kids, and parents too! Highly recommend!!

Our little girl has been going to My Gym for a couple of months now and she is almost 2 1/2. She and we absolutely LOVE IT!!!! The My Gym staff members are so professional, fun, clean, and you can really tell the love helping children grow. Love this gym! Been taking my daughter here for a couple weeks now and couldn’t ask for a better place to bring her to let her energy out, learn some skills, and socialize with kids around her age. We’ve been loyal members of My Gym in Elk Grove for five fun years. Both of my kids love the activities and I’ve seen them gain confidence in their physical and social skills. The instructors are fun, encouraging and really get to know your children. They clearly enjoy their job. My kids and I adore Mr. Doug, Miss Bria and Mr. Ray. Love this place. My daughter, who is usually surrounded by adults, was very shy with other children to start with. Within a month, i could see lots of progress. She is sharing, playing with children, and being more adventurous. The staff genuinely cares. Lots of one on one time with the children in class and open gym. I highly recommend a place like this for young children. Good cooperation, sharing, self motivation, interpersonal, and developmental skills taught here.

I love this business and all of the employees. Being a special needs parent I would like to praise the Elk Grove team for their support and genuine love for the kids. Prior to joining My Gym my son was in a different gymnastics studio. The teacher my son was assigned to was unhappy with her job and it was very obvious. She attempted to play it off but unfortunately many of the parents could obviously see it. Personally, there's nothing worse than feeling like someone doesn't want to be around your child. I will be recommending My Gym for sure!

My daughter has a great time when she goes! She even sometimes cry when it is time to leave. I put her into this summer program for her to learn social skills being that she is an only child and so far she is doing okay. With the help of the staff i'm sure she will continue to not only learn structure but interact with the other children really well. A huge plus is that the staff actually cares!
