My nanny kid and I LOVE My Gym! We’ve been going for over a year now and he loves it. We started at the Encino location, which rocked and now we are at this one- both are so great. The teachers are super caring and on top of things. The activities and structure are great for the kiddos. We also love the play room that’s connected to the gym so we can keep the fun going after class!

If I would rate anything negatively, unfortunately it would be some of the parents/caregivers. I understand wanting to take pictures of your kiddo in class, but the constant texting and taking phone calls is wild. It seems to me that the point of these classes is for your child to create a connection with their own bodies, to learn and to ALSO connect with their person that brought them to class. This isn’t a padded room, you’ve got to pay attention to your kids! When there is a lack of paying attention by the caregiver/parent/nanny, that’s when accidents happen. It is a GYM after all!

Overall, we are big fans of My Gym. It’s a fun environment for kids to learn and play!

If you are a twin parent this is not the safe space you were hoping for… we have been attending for about 9 months. A few months ago a new employee joined the ranks. She has targeted, singled out and down right been hostile toward my twins and wife. While originally the staff was friendly, this temperament of the staff has now changed. Circle time is hard for us as a one care giver to two children ratio… even though other children often wonder off during circle time… cause they are not even 2! Our children have been singled out and frankly it feels like their goal was to let us know we are “unwelcome” and unwanted and we don’t belong as a twin/

parent. Honestly there are too many situations at this point to name each instance specifically, it was that bad and a repeated behavior that has forced us to quit. Some other parents/caregivers witness this last confrontation from the staff and we’re all appalled on my wife’s behalf. She cried and cancelled our membership. So few places we can safely go as a twin parent. Shame on the staff at my gym. We are outraged, we paid $325 a month! Guess we will send our monthly payments to Posh & petite…

I am an uncle who used to bring my sisters daughter up until a few weeks ago because we weren’t impressed. At first we LOVED it, the classes, cleanliness, and enthusiasm were top tier. Things quickly went downhill. Classes seem to be unsafe, there are some times so many children no one is being safe and enforcing the rules. The gym has been getting less and less clean. It seems like there isn’t as much care as there used to be and I don’t want her kid being exposed to all these toys and equipment that will probably get her sick. Lastly the teachers clearly have favorites. I will say they are great at remembering names and I was so impressed that by our 2nd time they knew her name. That isn’t enough though when they are getting so excited to see their favorite kids and we get brushed to the side. Many times no one would even acknowledge or say hi to us and when certain teachers were teaching there would be a lack of energy. Overall, I’m disappointed in how quickly things went downhill and until things improve we are not coming back here.

I give my gym of Woodland Hills 5 stars because it and the staff deserve it!! We searched for
Our daughter a place and went inside and investigated thoroughly because we wanted to make sure the environment, staff, and gym were a good fit for her. We visited a few other gyms and they were not up to our expectations! We love my gym Woodland Hills and will continue going there for as long as we can!! The staff is awesome and the gym is always clean!! They work so hard to make the gym, puppet shows, and circle time so entertaining for the kids!! Karina, Tamara, cici, Diana, aubrey, and Edwin will help you with any questions and yes I know them all by name because I am a parent who wants to know who’s involved with their child!! They all make this place great!!! Thank you my gym for giving my daughter a great place to have fun and enjoy herself!!!

Recently I stopped taking my grandson to MyGym Woodland Hills. Due to the lack of safety at this gym. On many occasions, I've seen children fall due to being unattended by the workers there. It's unfortunate due to the fact that my grandson used to love going here, he enjoyed seeing every teacher there. However, as I watch children get injured and the teacher brushes it off as if it's nothing, makes me think that have no actual care for the children and they're only in it to lure the parents, guardians, grandparents into giving them money. I truly do wish they showed a little more care when it came to situations like this, especially when it involves smaller children. This has been the only MyGym that I have attended and it breaks my heart that I had to stop attending. As I read most of these reviews I realize that they haven't took in any consideration for our kids safety. Until then I have put on a pause with coming to this MyGym, but there are other ones in the area, Encino being closest that is a lot safer and caring. I hope they fix their staff and work more on safety and handling situations.

My daughter loves this place and goes multiple times a week. The teachers are very creative in providing a variety of activities and work hard to create a fun and inviting experience for the kiddos. Shout out to Ms. Tamara and all the teachers who bring the magic to every class !

My Gym Woodland Hills used to be my daughter’s happy and safe place, but now she can’t go any more because she is no longer safe. Nobody enforces the rules any more, so a bunch of boys run wild and run over anybody in their path. It’s really a shame how quickly this place went downhill.

Hi! I am giving this place one star because it's simply not clean, and the teachers are very lazy when it comes to interacting with the children. I took my nephew there while he was visiting from Texas, and the teachers barely interacted with us when we first arrived. Nobody greeted us when we came into the gym, and it was packed. They ended up ending the class early because they couldn't control the children.
I am extremely disappointed and will not be coming back to this god-awful gym again. I would like to speak with whoever manages or owns this business the training is terrible.

Very clean and very friendly staff! Although I expected the staff to be more involved with the kids, but it seems they have their favorites. On our recent visit was the most anyone has ever paid attention to my child. It was one of the male teachers who tried to get him back to circle time twice so I appreciated that. That was the first time it ever happened.

Also, watch out for unfriendly parents!!! This honestly turns me off and makes me not want to take my son back.

For example, on our last visit, they pulled out this hammock swing thing that held 2 kids. We were waiting for it to be available. Once it was, a mom placed her kid on it. And it was for 2 kids so I placed my son on it too. I could tell right away that she hated it. She started calling another mom and her kid to come and join and kick my kid out. Without communicating anything to me! Luckily the other kid did not want to go on so she took her kid off and my son almost fell because taking her kid out put most of the weight on one side. That’s was not cool!!!! My question is… WHY TAKE YOUR KID TO MYGYM IF YOU ARE NOT WILLING TO SOCIALIZE HIM WITH OTHER KIDS ?!??! AND IF YOURE JUST GOING TO BE RUDE TO OTHER PARENTS? This probably is not the place for you. I hope that mom reads this and remembers what she did cause it really was not okay.

We love Woodland Hills My Gym! We’ve been bringing our daughter since she was just 5 months old, and now, at almost 14 months, it’s become one of her favorite places. The environment is fun, clean, safe, and always engaging — exactly what you’d want for early development and play.

A special shoutout to Edwin, the general manager, who is fantastic with the kids and parents alike. He brings great energy, patience, and care to every session. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and sets the tone for a wonderful experience every time.

Highly recommend for any parents in the area looking for a consistent, joyful activity that supports your child’s growth and socialization!

I never ever pushed reviews, but this time I had to say something I took my grandson to my gym. I spent $149 a month for him to have a good experience with experience teachers. This gym were my children when they were younger and enrolled has absolutely zero experience in getting children involved in anything. I was completely out of my mind watching this class when my son had taken my grandson to an early class, he had said the same to me, and my daughter-in-law had said the same, I didn’t believe them and had to see it for myself. This was a waste of time and my grandson not only learned. Nothing had zero interaction with other children and the teachers did nothing but talk to each other and on their cell phones and chatting with other friends that came in to say hello to them don’t waste your money. Don’t waste your time in the hour class they get about 12 minutes of actual interaction and only get to do each area one time before they can even learn how to do anything absolutely the worst experience I can’t even get My money back. Awful!

We LOVE the My Gym Woodland Hills team. The staff is extremely fun and outgoing. i feel like they really stepped it up recently even more than before! this is definitely the highlight of my 14 month old's day. Can't wait until he is a little older and we can drop him off for the parents night out!! maybe just maybe My Gym would consider younger ones? either way, love this place and definitely worth it for the membership!! thank you to the staff for spreading love and happiness to the little ones who need it the most!

I started taking my boy/girl twins when they were about 5 months.. give or take….and my daughter had the worst stranger danger and since coming here she is a new person. She plays with other kids, she loves the teachers, and now explores the room on her own. They are 11.5 months and have developed so many skills. I’ve watched them grow into 2 little independent people. They are climbing monsters, tube tunnel crawlers, noise makers that have way to much fun. I wish I joined sooner and I will continue to come as long as we can. Thanks for everyone for welcoming us with open arms, greeting us by our names and feeling like extended family.

Yesterday my child was handled forcefully by a staff member after another child attacked my child. And they did not remove the violent child so we had to leave instead for our own safety. Canceled all memberships and will not go back or recommend this place for any child. Major safety concern.

Awesome gym! My baby loves coming here; it certainly has helped with his growth and development! The staff is professional, wonderful and great with communication. They always have genuine, friendly dispositions, which set the overall tone of the fun environment they've created. I've been to other My Gyms in Orlando, FL (which were very disappointing). The Woodland Hills My Gym by far has given us the best experience!
