Edit: I love this place. They really push you & encourage you to keep going. I never knew I had it in me to do the kind of workouts they have me doing. One hour is enough for a great workout. 👍🏼

It's a great place to do exercise but the kids have nothing to do unless their mom gets a babysitter. They should at least add a play area for kids outside.
