I’m Mikey Budd and with 10+ years of experience, I help people of all ages feel stronger, move better, and age successfully through strength training, yoga, and cardiovascular conditioning. Whether you're a beginner, pro, managing an injury, or working with a condition like frozen shoulder or diastasis recti — I bring a family like, personalized approach to every session.

Virtual sessions and classes like strength, yoga, and cycling are also available. With a background in powerlifting, marathon racing and physical therapy, I combine science-based methods with my own experience to hold you accountable for the health you desire— just like a true workout buddy should!

I had been spinning with Mikey for many years in-studio when the pandemic hit. He seamlessly transitioned to an amazing dedicated online offering, and in the process, created a community to keep the fitness going.
Mikey knows bodies! He has been a focused 1:1 trainer for me, addressing my needs and challenging and cheerleading me in my strength, yoga and balance practice.

Please let me tell you a bit about Mikey Budd and his extraordinary spinning classes. In 2016 Mikey took over a spin class when the former instructor left for another studio and I have been spinning with him ever since. After Covid hit in 2021 our studio closed but Mikey figured a way to take our class to Zoom so we could continue our spinning with him live on line. His classes are inspiring and challenging all wrapped up with great music to exercise by. You should sign up and take a class - you could be hooked too! WOW!

I have been taking Mikey’s Zoom classes since Covid. He is an excellent teacher, very friendly and personable and knowledgeable. He is concerned with you as an individual attendee and if you have any special concerns or challenges.

I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to recommend him as a personal trainer or to take one of his classes.

Mikey is a genuine and skilled as one can wish for in a yoga instructor. I first took Mikey's class when he was just one of many yoga teachers at a West Hollywood Yoga Studio. Somehow his positive energy motivated me to keep coming back to his classes.

When Covid hit, Mikey's remote yoga classes helped keep me sane and pushed me forward. I even invited my circle of friends to take his classes to inspire them to feel good.

Yoga starts with a practice but it's more than that. I, 100%, would advocate for Mikey as the instructor who's more like a friend who will inspire you to incorporate yoga as a way of life.

Mikey’s a real one. Not the type of trainer that says what you want to hear, but tells you what you need to hear. He can be very direct about it but I love it. He has a deep knowledge for the craft and explains it in a way that makes me understand the way my body works unlike any science class i’ve ever taken. if you want a trainer who truly cares and takes the time to understand you, this is your guy!

Mikey is a fantastic fitness instructor. I take his online classes and work out with him for personal training. He tailors each session to meet my personal fitness and health goals. I have several friends and family members who work out with him as well, and each of our programs is completely specialized to our own unique needs. His online spin classes are different each time, which makes them fun and a great workout. I have been attending Mikey's zoom classes since covid. I usually attend the Saturday morning strength class and when I am off work during the week too. 30 min, with a mix of weights, strength exercise and a touch of yoga is just about right for me.
