As an adult that started as a kid and trained in many places worldwide. I can say Na Martial Arts has the best level I have seen.
For kids, a great place to not only teach good technique in Poomsae and sparring, but also discipline, confidence and learning how to push the personal limits to achieve goals.

My son has been learning martial arts at Na after coming from another school and it has been such an amazing experience for him. He is very enthusiastic about going to classes and has really picked up the concepts. The schedule is flexible and no matter which day of the week my son goes, they seem to have different exercises that keep it interesting. The lessons are fun and well thought out since there is a purpose behind everything they do. The teachers are amazing and have lots of good energy. The class size can be large, but my son gets lots of attention. Also, they have a demo team and it was amazing to watch. It has been a great place for my son to build discipline, focus, and confidence while having a great time being active. Thank you to all the instructors for a positive experience!

We love Na Martial Arts. Initially, we sent our older daughter here to learn some self defense skills. With the professionalism of the masters, and the well structured and also fun of the classes, she started to love Taekwondo. She is now in Poomsae team and started to compete in local and state level competitions. Our younger daughter also joined since last year. We are very happy they can learn and have fun in a positive and discipline training environment. The masters are highly skilled, supportive, and work well with kids. We have enjoyed Na Martial arts for many reasons. The curriculum, the BEST instructors (you can tell they care about each student), the professionalism (systems, processes, organization are so good). The (CLEAN) studio has the best gear to train, build endurance while keeping things new/fresh/interesting. When our son has needed extra help they are happy to offer it, and also provide extra resources (I.e. video instruction for form). Our son has a new passion, because the Na team's passion is overflowing!! 10/10 recommend!!

Our son has been attending Na Martial Arts since 2019. He started with basic taekwondo classes, and over time took Demo classes and as he advanced in the belts, he also added sparring classes. We saw significant improvement in his self-esteem, respect, discipline, responsibility, flexibility and strength over time with the help of Master Na, Master Lee and their staff. If I could give Na Martial Arts more than 5 stars I would. Master Na is one of the coolest women I’ve met. She is fierce, genuine, and STRONG! You definitely don’t want to be on the receiving end of her kicks. She’s incredible. Master Ahn and Master Lee are also awesome and always have bright smiles on their faces! They do the best job at making the classes fun for kids while maintaining a disciplined and structured class environment regardless of the size of the class. Their teachings are rooted in Korean tradition and they teach their culture through the art of Taekwondo in a meaningful and admirable way. They don’t push the kids through belt tests before they are ready, and they are always leveling up their own knowledge and skills. They also bring in other high-ranking masters regularly to reinforce fundamentals. Watching my child grow in this martial art has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend this studio and these masters.

Master Na was a member of the Korean Taekwondo sparring national team, and Master Kim was a Poomsae World Champion gold medalist. I am very satisfied that my children are learning Taekwondo from these people. I am very happy that my children have the opportunity to learn correct Poomsae posture and Taekwondo sparring. I have two children that have been attending Na Martial Arts for almost a year now. My children were too anxious and lacked the self confidence to participate when we started, but insisted that they wanted to do it. The staff there insisted that the children willingly participating was important and that they weren’t forced. This was tough at first, but we trusted their advice and after two months of watching practice twice a week, they finally took their own initiative. Since they have started the program, I have witnessed them grow in responsibility, confidence, discipline and focus. I cannot say enough about the staff at Na Martial Arts, I feel they push themselves to go above and beyond every day, every session. As a parent, to watch my kids grow under this staff and their disciplines, has been incredible and has made me so proud of my little ones. They love Tae Kwon Do now and often times we find them practicing at home and showing off the new moves they’ve learned. It was definitely a little work in the beginning, but thank God for the staff willing to partner up with us as parents in helping train up our child. As the saying goes, it takes a village. Every single teacher there is amazing and seems to share their passion with each individual student. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

The facility administration has truly let our family down. We registered our 6-year-old son for the four-day trial with the white and yellow group. In addition to teaching the young children taekwondo, we believed that the purpose of this program was to instill in them a sense of discipline and rule-following. My son is an energetic young kid who was very enthusiastic about kicking and punching, but in class, he occasionally disobeyed instructions or kicked the punching bag without being told to. After the trial, when we sought to register him as a member, they refused to do so and chose to release him rather than cooperate with us in helping him adhere to the regulations.
He has friends who are attending the facility, and he was wanting to be there with them, so he was really disappointed and upset. They told us to wait four to five months before trying again. They were informed of the purpose and how keeping him at home would benefit from doing so! We are now attempting to help him deal with the fact that he was rejected as an active kid and that was not his fault to be energetic at such a young age.
However, If your child is not paying attention or obeying the rules, he should not be in this place. They ought to be well-behaved and attentive at all times.

Review is for the Little Warriors program (ages 3-6). Classes are fun and provide a great learning environment. Great for keeping kids active and having them learn the importance of not giving up, achieving a goal (through ranking up in belts), and showing good behavior in and out of class. Would highly recommend!

Na Martial Arts has been an excellent fit for my son. We have been attending the school for about a year and a half and we are really happy with the experience. My 8 year old son has challenges staying focused and on task and Na Martial Arts has helped him with disciple and attentiveness.
I hoped my son would learn that with practice and dedication he could witness himself improving. The experience has been much more than that. My son who is large for his age is much more agile and has incredible flexibility and control of his strength. He has improved at other sports as well due to much better muscle control.
The best part of this school is the positive mental attitude and disciple they instill. They are remarkable original in there programs. My son is never bored by repetition because the exercises are always different and fun. The skills of the instructors are truly impressive both in Taekwondo and their ability to teach young children.
I would strong recommend anybody to try their introductory lesson and you will see for yourself....

My son have been joining Na Martial Art Studio for almost 5 years. My son has been grown a lot compared when he first started. Physically he is more flexible, greater strength, and his eyes/ hands coordination skills is improved tremendously. Mentally he has a stronger mind, very determine and discipline. My two boys started in June and I have witnessed improvement in their self-esteem, motivation, respect for others and they’re more focused. Their instructors provide clear instructions while incorporating fun activities during every lesson. My son (age 6) started TKD about a year ago as I wanted him to be exposed with a martial art and chose Na Martial Arts. My son was diagnosed with a borderline autism, and as many people would know, it is quite challenging to communicate with him, give directions, and do follow-through. I believed exposing him to TKD would be very helpful for him to develop his mind/body but wasn't sure if there is any change for him to get opportunity. Master Na welcomed my son and provided the best he could get from the training for a year now via her private lesson. My son is almost ready for joining group session and we are so thankful for Master Na, and so excited for my son to achieve higher goals at his pace. I have had a great experience with Na Martial arts and so is my kid. Both the masters are so accommodative understanding and not commercialized at all. Never seen a class with this huge kid count doing a recognition for each kid’s birthday and giving them gifts etc. Love all their personalizations they do and the small fun games they add to the end of each class to keep the kids entertained. I also wanted to add that they have given a full inclusive environment for my kid who is on the spectrum. This place is every parents of kids with special needs’ dream.

My daughter (age 4) started with Na Martial Arts January 2021. Her first week was very difficult for her as she was not comfortable with the new environment. The staff was very patient and helpful with getting her acclimated.

A full year in, she loves going to Na Martial Arts twice a week! She has gained more skills and confidence than I could have imagined.

Na martial arts is a place to learn authentic Korean Taekwondo. Some taekwondo places do not focus on taekwondo and are trying to do many mixed martial arts together. It looks so awkward to me. My kids and myself are taking black belt goal program. I notice grades and behavior improve as Taekwondo builds their and my confidence and enhances own attention.
And Na martial school is super clean. I have a minor dust allergy so it was too hard to find a perfect taekwondo school. But finally i found it. :)

I wish I could give Na Martial Arts more than 5 stars! As an active 30 year old female I was looking for an activity that would challenge me physically and mentally, as well as build flexibility, core strength and stamina. This place is the perfect fit! Master Na is an incredible teacher and martial artist. She does a great job of breaking down moves so you don't feel overwhelmed, and is encouraging and gives helpful feedback for you to improve. She is so patient and sweet with the kids, and you can tell she has a passion for what she does.

I wish more adults would give Taekwondo a try! It's definitely not just for kids! If you're an adult that is looking for a workout that is challenging for the mind and body, please give Na Martial Arts a try. I go three times a week and wish I could take class every day.
