I’ve been training with Dan for almost six years and trained with his wife, Sami, for about a year before that. Simply put, they deliver results.

As a lifelong runner and yogi, I was honestly intimidated by heavy weights at first. I started working with Dan and Sami to build strength before trying to get pregnant... and not only did I reach that goal, I believe that strength training made a huge difference in both of my deliveries.

They guided me through recovery after each pregnancy, helping me lose over 90 pounds after my first and 40 after my second, all while gaining muscle and confidence. Now, approaching 40, I’m in the best shape of my life: physically strong, mentally energetic, and genuinely excited about my workouts. Dan has also helped me cross-train for 3 half marathons in the last 18 months with zero injuries.

Both Dan and Sami bring such a positive mindset to every session that training feels like something to look forward to, not a chore. I completed a muscle-building program with both Daniel and Simone over several weeks and was very happy with the Training and the results. What really stands out is the excellent support - not only during the workouts but throughout the entire day - including a personalized diet plan tailored exactly to my needs. That plan is almost more important than the training itself!
The gym equipment is top-notch and very versatile, and the exercises were perfectly designed to target my weak points.
I can only give the highest rating and will definitely visit Nano Gym again - and above all, highly recommend it.
