HANDS DOWN MY FAVORITE PLACE NOW!! I’ve been to a lot of gyms over the years and workout studios and Napa Hot Yoga is THE BEST STUDIO I have ever been too. I’m obsessed after going a month. Every teacher is amazing, every class is just as much mentally challenging as it physically. I’m so happy I signed up because I had been wanting to for years. If you’re on the fence about it, 100% give it a shot.

Amy is awesome. She teaches the Sunday class. I like how she pushes me mentally & always shows the right way to do the postures. I've only been going for about a month but I love it & look forward to going each week. I love the challenge because it definitely is a challenge;)
