I love coming here every time I am in town! When you first walk in you feel so welcome. The studio is warm and spacious, and the teachers are all knowledgeable and kind. Excellent classes.

I have attended several classes at this Yoga Studio and I want to give an enormous shout out to the Owners and the incredibly fun, bright, welcoming, and professional Yoga Instructors. I consider my Yoga practice pretty serious and I have attended studios all over. I find it (sadly) rare to find a place that is genuinely welcoming and staffed with instructors who are kind, personable, and also really serious about their teaching and practice..all of which you will get at the Napa Valley Yoga Center. Love!

While staying in Napa I discovered Napa Valley Yoga Center more or less “accidentally “ and because I love practicing yoga I booked one class. Great atmosphere, nice generous room with everything you need: mats, blocks, pillows, etc.
Wonderful people and music. I loved the teaching of Michael, very good explanations of the asanas and everything was under painted with yoga philosophy. It was great! Very recommendable!!

I love teaching here, but even more than that I love my peers. This studio is full of people who truly care about you, and what they do. Napa Valley Yoga Center is a home away from home.

Napa Valley Yoga Center is a shining example of a safe place, a friendly place, a spirit filled place. Peter and Amy Hall could not be better stewards of the whole operation. I am so proud to be part of the community there. In Grace.

Immerse yourself in an amazing yoga experience in the Napa Valley . A beautiful pristine studio with a wonderful and welcoming community. A large two story building with an ample off street parking lot . Such an inviting space with 2 separate yoga rooms , a large community sitting area , tea/water complimentary, 2 restrooms , cute little boutique featuring local artists , a changing area , Yoga teacher training certification classes , and massage studio tucked away upstairs. A vast array of experienced yoga teachers with many years of practice between them . The class schedule is steadily full 7 days a week with morning, noon and evening classes . Frequent fun workshops offered for a small fee . A lil bit for every body from restorative to strong vinyasa . Myself, a Yogi and a member here for years have practiced in many places, but definitely call this one home .

I just moved to the area and was looking for a new yoga studio to join. This was my first stop… and my only stop. The energy in the studio is incredible. As soon as you walk through the door, you can feel the lightness and joy in the air. Peter, the owner, welcomed me at the door and talked me through getting setup. I took a class with Robin, who quickly became one of my favorite instructors I have ever been led by. She took us through an amazing flow, staying at the perfect pace and balancing instruction with freedom. She ended the session by leading us through a song together, which gives me chills just thinking about. An absolutely incredible experience—I will definitely be back! If you’re new to the area, or just visiting and looking to drop in to a class, this is the place to go. Thank you for a beautiful experience!

I've taken yoga classes, a breathwork session and sound healing session at Napa Valley Yoga. All have been really well done and beneficial. I've practiced yoga on and off for 30 years. I appreciate the supportive energy of the space and the instructors.

Peter and Amy are highly professional and welcoming - the teaching staff offers incredible classes that are on par with what I experienced in SF and Oakland - yet more personal which is really appreciated. The space is clean and lovely.

I have taken about 8 classes over the last 2 weeks here, and my experience has been really great. The space has a great feeling and the tone that the instructors have set for the early morning workouts/meditations have been the right catalysts for starting my day off on the right foot.

Money well spent.

I am having so much fun attending all their Yoga classes, two of my favorite instructors Kory and Jen! They pay Close attention and help you get the pose right, All the Instructors are top notch and teach different levels

Ekam Yoga studio has a warm and inviting welcoming feel, they always have some one at the entrance that greets you warmly as you come in and makes you feel welcome.

One of the main factors that keeps me coming back to this place, is the kind people that are committed to this establishment, welcoming and non pretentious as well as the upkeep of the studio, innovative and clean.

If you are passionate about yoga or on your way, to get into all of those fun poses, this is the place for you.
