Natalie is amazing! I’ve been working with her for just over a year and with only two or three sessions a week I have noticed so much improvement in my tone, conditioning, posture. My clothes fit better, and I feel stronger and healthier. She does an excellent job of tailoring each work out for what I need that day. I travel a lot and she gives me great work outs no matter where I am, without any special equipment. I highly recommend her.

I can't sing enough praises for Natalie! She takes the time to understand your fitness goals and formulates a program that is tailor-made for your needs. Fitness is not something that I have ever enjoyed, but Natalie makes working out FUN and the results speak for themselves. I've worked with Natlaie through wedding prep, prenatal, and post partum ... she is extremely knowledgeable and protective of our changing bodies during these times! I am 6 months post my 2nd child and now feel the leanest and strongest than ever in my life!

Also she's EXTREMELY punctual, reliable, good at working with your schedules, no cancellation fees (with reason), flexible to move times around if it works for both of you...

She'll offer so may options to work with your schedule, she makes it so easy that it's really hard to play hooky from workout session haha!!

I have been trained with personal trainers for years and it's been tough for me to find someone that creates workouts that are so comprehensive, have so much variety, and are actually fun! Natalie is also great at shifting a workout on the fly if you ever need - if you do an office lunchbreak workout, a park workout, a hotel workout, i've even done an airport workout!! (I mean. with all that time to kill!!) She's also really in tune with your body and designs workouts that benefit the state your body is feeling that day - no matter where you are or even if you have no equipment or not much space! If you're on the fence, just try ONE session and you'll see what I mean!!
