If you’re really trying to see gains I’d be hard pressed to give anyone a higher review than Natalie. Between her app and her personal workout plans I’m more than impressed with the results I’ve been seeing. I wasn’t 100% on board at first but she knows her stuff and knows how to get the most out of you. 12/10 would recommend.

Natalie is the absolute best trainer!! She has helped me adjust my form/mechanics to help better engage specific muscles during lifts, leading to strong glutes and less knee pain while running! She is incredibly knowledgeable, super positive and so much fun to be around! I would highly recommend anyone at any fitness level to work with her!

If I could add a few stars i certainly would!! It’s an amazing program that anybody can easily approach. I hadn’t had a proper workout in forever. Natalie, is so kind, patient and fun and she succeeded in an impossible mission: making me look forward to exercise!

I started my fitness journey in September of 2022. I was looking for a trainer who would guide me to a place in myself to be confident enough to practice the skills I learn from her on my own and I am truly grateful for the time to learn from her. She encouraged me to exceed what I thought I was capable of and remains such positive energy while keeping you accountable for your goals. She’s an expert in the science of the body and knows exactly what, where and how to get you feeling your best physically and mentally and help you hit those goals. I highly recommend going to Natalie if you are like how I and many others are, intimidated by the thought of starting out with no knowledge or support in the gym.

ABSOLUTELY LOVE! I heard of Natalie through her event, Muscles and Mimosas. I came to the first Muscles and Mimosas event not knowing what to expect or who would be there, and let me tell you… I loved it! She had modifications for each exercise based on your fitness level (expert to straight off the street) and kept it engaging and fun. The mimosas at the end are a plus, but it’s the whole vibe and people who come that made the event a must do for me. Natalie and her team are such rock stars, constantly checking and coaching us for each exercise and bringing the fun to our sweaty workouts. I look forward to the next Muscles and Mimosas event!

The class was great. The exercises were catered to all fitness levels. There are modifications to increase or decrease difficulty depending on your fitness level. The instructor is fun and energetic!! Overall a great time!!

What can I say? Natalie is the best - I have lost 20 pounds in just 3 months. Her method is incredibly sustainable and east to work into your busy schedule.
Her workouts are tailored to help YOU improve and grow. Always checking I'm on how your body feels before a week and adjusting if need be.
She's cognizant of nutrition, as well - yoyo dieters need not apply. Previously I was of the mindset that I could not eat certain things, which ultimately ended with me breaking down and falling off track. Her mindset: don't eliminate anything, just incorporate moderation. First focus on eating the healthy things first - lean protein, veggies, fruits and simple carbs - then if you're still hungry, you can pepper in cravings... but honestly you won't be hungry.
She'll make you work, don't get me wrong, but you will get so much out of your time with her! Cannot recommend her enough!

She truly cares about each and every person and wants them to not compare themselves to her or anyone else for that matter.
