I’ve always loved moving my body, but for decades I avoided certain movements because my hamstrings were so tight. I went to Nathan to improve my mobility—and left with much more. I not only gained flexibility, but I also had a felt sense of what my body can do.
Nathan was incredibly attentive and caring. He guided me through movements and breathwork that made an immediate difference—I could touch my toes without strain by the end of our first session. His gym has all the equipment of a large facility but none of the intimidating vibe.
After our session, he even sent me a personalized flow to continue expanding my mobility at home. Don’t overthink it—just book a session!

Nathan is an amazing fitness coach. He's very knowledgeable, patient, and knows how to customize your fitness experience. I started coaching with Nathan to improve my flexibility and strength. I suffered on and off lower back pain for years. After only 4 months, I feel much stronger and more confident. I didn't have much weight lifting experience before, and now can lift much heavier weights than I ever thought possible. Even better, I haven't been experiencing low back pain.

Nate has been an inspiration to me and my fitness journey. He really takes the time to listen to you and pays incredible attention to any concerns you may have! When you’re younger you don’t pay much attention to the little things like warmups or mobility. Nate takes you through and teaches you about the importance of stretching and mobility before and after workouts. Now that I’m older, that knowledge I’ve learned from him is pure gold. My journey brought me to Nathan during a series of health issues including terrible back pain. It was the first time that I had experienced so many issues with my body, which resulted in some fear and resistance to working out. I was in pain, felt weak and a bit defeated. I realized that I needed to reconnect with my body and improve my strength and physical health. Nathan is an amazing fitness coach, his attention to detail is unsurpassed. He offered very clear guidance on movements and advise on how to fine tune the movements in order to maximize each rep and also move safely. His presence as a coach is reassuring and motivating. I began to reconnect with my body in a way that I hadn't been able to in a long time. I learned that safely working out, was not going to make my specific case of back pain worse, in fact, it helped it. As my body got stronger, I was able to work through any episodes of pain so much differently than before. Not moving is no longer an option for me. I abused my body my entire life. The X-rays were not looking good. I thought it was going to be a walker and pain meds from here on in. then I met Nathan! He’s not just a trainer, He teaches me mobility, proper breathing, balance, as well as exercise. He keeps me positive! Nathan has really worked wonders for me. I have been a weightlifter for a long time without giving any attention to stretching and proper body mechanics. Nathan is an amazing trainer! He does a very thorough assessment in the beginning and was able to identify a lot of the tightness and imbalances of my body that my other trainers couldn't identify. Once he identified my issues, he was able to develop a training program specifically for it. He also pointed out how I should be breathing and activating my core before I start baring any weight. Also, he helped me strengthen my ankle that was previously sprained. Im so thankful I found Nathan.

Nathan is hands down the best trainer I’ve ever worked with. I’ve had numerous coaches who pushed me but didn’t pay close attention to body mechanics, and I’ve been injured badly several times working with those other trainers. Nathan is very skilled and knowledgeable, and he has a good intuitive sense about what might be an underlying issue impacting form, pain, tightness, etc. He is dedicated to his clients and helps them focus on their individual goals. He tailors his approach to what you want/need, however ambitious/focused or slow/gradual that you need. He can coach you effectively at his gym, virtually, individually, or in a group. I’ve made incredible gains, both in terms of body fat/muscle, as well as skill, form, creating habits, etc. Nathan will help you find your motivation, and go at your pace, so that it’s fun, enjoyable, and, most importantly, sustainable. I’ve worked with him for years and would recommend him highly to anyone, no matter the fitness background or skill level.

I spent 2 hours with Nathan this last Saturday, and it was exactly what my body needed at this stage of my fitness journey.

Nathan is super knowledgeable on workouts that focus on mobility and flexibility. It’s the work that you need to do to make sure your bodies functioning properly in the gym and you’re not injuring yourself.
