I am a 71-year old new participant. I was concerned that I would have a hard time catching up but the instructors I've had - Mariana and Camryn, were both great! I found out that all the instructors at Neaumix Fit are patient and they are always happy to work with you whatever level you are in. You can do you - work the level that's comfortable for you. At first I felt self-conscious since this was my first time taking the class but when I looked around, each person was actually concentrating on their own progress, each one following their own pace. After that I felt more confident and decided to settle in. I'm glad I did. Pilates is truly an excellent whole-body workout for people - young or old, like me..

Love this studio! I consider myself more of a beginner at pilates and the classes here are always a great way to move my body. Even though the classes here smaller and intimate, the instructors I have taken are always welcoming and encourage modifications if needed.

I absolutely love this studio today marks my 10th class and I’m loving the journey so far!!! I’ve taken classes with 5 different instructors and they have each been incredible. They all have their different teaching styles but one thing I can say is I feel like I got my butt kicked each time I leave. The Studio is Very intimate, which is a bonus if you’re looking for a smaller setting.

I absolutely love this Pilates studio! The reformer classes are small and intimate with only 7 people, which makes the experience feel really personal and focused. The space is always spotless, and the instructors are fantastic- knowledgeable, encouraging, and really attentive. I also really appreciate the flexible hours, which make it easy to fit into my schedule. Such a great place to work out!

I joined this location after moving from Orange where I was part of their Orange location, which shares the same owner. The classes are friendly for all levels and the instructors are great. I really enjoy Cam, Paris, Alison, and Michele Kummer ! The studio is on the smaller side and parking can be tough but there’s usually a spot on Los Al boulevard

I've tried a few different Pilates studios, and this one is by far my favorite! All of the instructors are not only knowledgeable and skilled, but also super welcoming and encouraging. The classes are always great, and the environment is positive and motivating. You can really feel the care that goes into this studio, especially from the owner Anna, who is the absolute sweetest. The new Neaumix studio is amazing! :) I’ve taken classes with Neaumix at their Orange location and have always loved my experiences in their sessions, so wanted to give a peek at their new spot. As always their class really pushes you, but still lets you go at a pace you’re comfortable with. Loved my afternoon warmup with Savannah, she really helped read the room and go at a flow that everyone felt ready for. Amazing time as always Neaumix! :)

I found this space on class pass and when they opened this new location I HAD to come in! It is such a personable feel and with smaller classes it makes such a difference! Jen was my instructor and she was very informative and motivating. It was my first time on the reformer machine and it was a great workout! I forgot to bring socks but they had plenty for purchase which was super convenient. The owner was there greeting us and providing us with drinks and refreshments. She was very kind and concerned with our comfort! I just love this boutique studio, especially because I wanted to find a space that wasn’t such a huge class so that the instructor can correct my form and provide real time feedback and this was just that! I highly recommend if you’re looking for a new Pilates home!
