Perfect location for all
the Woodbury, Stonegate, and Northwood community members. The instructors are tough and leave me with a burn whenever I make my way down the stairs after class. The springs also feel tighter compared to the reformers at Club Studio (which makes for a more challenging class). Becky, the studio owner, is a GEM as are all her instructors. Noelle is super funny and encouraging while offering a challenging yet creative class. Judy is sweet and encouraging with her students and her bubbly voice keeps us going. The studio floors are always sparkling clean and I really like the microfiber towels handed out for a thorough wipe down of the machines at the end of class. I feel blessed to have such a fantastic studio so close to
home!

Taylor was the best Pilates instructor I’ve ever had. I was walked through exercises that challenged me in the perfect sweet spot where I found myself shaking from the intensity and difficulty of the exercise. It was such an excellent workout! The whole class was walked through the different reformer exercises clearly. If any needed help, help was provided. I attended the 6 am class, and it set such a bright tone for the rest of the day. The facility is kept clean and well. There is a lot of thought and intentionality behind everything they do. I LOVE TAYLOR!!!

I Love Love Love Neaumix!!! My experience from Neaumix is amazing. All the instructors are phenomenal! They are professional and very knowledgeable. Every session is unique and well prepared by the instructors. Only problem is I moved to Houston 4 months ago and I have tried diff. Pilates places but still can't find a pilates place that is as good as Neumix. Very sad and frustrating. Neaumix is the only thing I miss from California. I highly recommend Neaumix!

Love coming to this studio. All the instructors are so good, but even more so, are so helpful. I am newer to pilates and this has been a great experience for me and I will continue to come for sure. Love the studio and love the staff!

This studio opened recently close to my home, so I tried out their free first class offer. Walked into the nice clean studio as a Pilates amateur expecting a relaxing hour of stretching and lengthening. What I got instead was an hour of sweat dripping down my face, muscles shaking with fatigue, and an instructor who kept asking us to give a few more repetitions each time my eyes darted desperately to the clock to see when this torture would end.

All joking aside, If you’re looking for a Pilates studio that will help you with toning and strengthening, this is for you! I’m sure the the other yoga or stretching classes they offer are probably more in line with my couch potato physique, but I will be back for more reformer sessions so that I can tone up and stop embarrassing myself in class.
