Beth is awesome! I came in for some 1 on 1 mitt work with Beth and got a great workout. This gym is located right on the water in the harbor, so you get awesome views while you exercise. Highly recommend it, and it's really cool how they serve folks with movement disorders as well. I didn't fit into that category but was still welcomed in. They also sell boxing gloves and wraps in the studio in case you need the gear.

My husband needs a little incentive to exercise and we really notice if he needs to miss for a vacation. It is very helpful to see that others can live a full life with Parkinson's. The staff and attendees are very kind/supportive. Thanks to all. Jeanne Yamamoto

Beth Baumer and her team are outstanding. The classes help me tremendously and are a vital part of my week. My neurologist at UCLA is seeing improvement, and certainly Beth’s classes have been a big part in helping with Parkinsons. She also runs monthly support group sessions and is compassionate and encourages all to fight the fight. Her positive attitude and highly knowledgeable skills really make a difference. Thank you, Beth and team!

I love Neuroboxing fight camp. The instructors are awesome! I’m prejudiced because Coach Beth is my daughter. I look forward to seeing all my badass boxer friends every class. I love the spirit of our group! Spread the word to anyone in the community that could benefit

This class for neurological issues is a godsend. My wife, who "hates to exercise" loves this class and the workout. I appreciate the work on posture, balance and cognitive function.
The instructors are kind, caring, but give no quarter and push us to our individual limits physically, with lots of encouragement. Members are so supportive and friendly, like family.

This specialized class for Parkinson's has been such an answer to prayer in so may ways. Thank you!!
Even though my review is 7 months old, I still still very thankful for this much needed class for those of us who struggle with this bloody Parkinson's. Beth and staff are terrific and their knowledge and phyical therapy skills for Parkinson's is impressive and reassuring.

Neuroboxing is amazing. The program is not limited to Parkinson's but also is incredibly beneficial for those individuals with other brain issues caused by stroke or aneurysm. My husband has found a wonderful community focused on health, fitness and friendship. The coaches encourage each team member to be the very best that they can while understanding the individual's needs. I say "team" as all involved work together to help each other to reach their fitness goals. Thank you Neuroboxing Fight Camp!!
