An amazing gym. For pro fighters and amateur fighters. Everyone is welcomed at all loves. Brian and Sandra make this place feel like a family. Everyone is friendly and cool with each other. It's a fun place to learn boxing and you have the option to learn more and become better. Would recommend this place to everyone who wants to learn the artof pugilistism

This gym is the definition of a true boxing gym. The owners are experienced and do no settle for less and expect little work. Nevarez Boxing starts you from the basics and slowly integrates you to the real deal. They give you the motivation you need and the comfort of coming in with no judgement in your skills. Each day is filled with learning and accomplishing a new goal. The classes are intense but allow you to get one step closer to whatever goal you may have in a gym/boxing setting. They've taught me to appreciate a good workout and build my mind to change how I view working out. There is no judgement from anyone, other than yourself. For the past two years, I have accomplished a lot with their help. I am thankful to both of the owners for allowing me to learn from their great leadership and great knowledge.

This place is legit. If you just want an intense workout, sure, you can come by and burn tons of calories. But if you're serious about boxing, this is it. Coach Brian, a retired pro, will get you ready for the ring. Coaches Brian, Sandra, and Bernard are great people and very friendly, but they will make you give your best. The results speak for themselves - several boxers from the gym made it to national competitions.

Best boxing gym I've been to in San Diego; this gym means business. Space can be limited, but the coaches know how to accommodate. They will train you from the ground up (for those new to the sport) and will actually coach you to improve your skills and push your limits. Fellow boxers are also friendly and helpful, giving observations and tips. The training is hard, but it is as they say: "when the going gets tough, the tough get going"

Been going to Nevarez boxing for a while now, my brother got his training there, and I would love for my kids to start taking classes soon! Coach Brian and his team really know what they do! Everyone knows each other, and treat you as family! Class times are spread out evenly so everyone can make it!

Nevarez Boxing is by far the best pure boxing gym in North County San Diego. The gym is ran by Brian and his wife Sandra. They do a great job of creating a inviting atmosphere and have a wealth of experience to provide to anyone willing to commit. The great thing about this gym is that whether you’d like to compete, train for fitness, or just want to learn how to defend yourself you can do all three here. Brian & his father Bernardo have a legitimate resume of training great fighters of all ages.
