Roxanne really helps to make sure you are getting the best out of your workout by guiding you on technique and form. It's a wonderful place to go, and all of the groups of people I've taken class with are kind and inviting. I feel very welcome and that I've gotten my money's worth every time I go.

I have been a loyal client of Roxanne for over 7 years. My current passion for health and fitness was catalyzed by some of my first experiences with Roxanne. She is an amazing Pilates instructor with knowledge of the discipline. I would highly recommend Roxanne to anyone interested in beginning or improving their fitness regime.

Roxanne Graziano, Oakland Pilates teacher, is the best!! I found Roxanne about a year and a half ago, at her beautiful, contemporary studio on Piedmont Ave. (on the side near the cemetery). I had done quite a bit of pilates before, both mat and reformer. But, I was very cautious, as I was coming off of a bad lower back episode. I had terrible sciatica, resulting in having to have cortisone shot. After feeling much better from the treatment, I wanted to resume Pilates, but with someone who was knowledgeable about back issues, and post rehabilitative exercise, and in a very safe environment! I was in it for the long haul. Roxanne was my gal! She has extensive education in anatomy and movement. She breaks down exercises to the smallest movement. She is a stickler for detail and form, which is so important in making the difference between improvement or getting hurt. I can’t believe the progress I have made and how far I have come. I went from working only with Roxanne, to also working with some of her other incredible instructors and taking reformer classes. A special shout out to Kaley, Jessica, and Eyla! Whether you are working one on one, in a duet, or a class (always a max. of 5 people), the care and attention given the client is consistent, and of the highest quality! This studio is a must try!
