They will screw you over with your bill so I would pick a different gym and they send made up bills even after you cancel. Worse gym in town.

**Update. If you're trying to cancel make sure to take a picture of cancelation paperwork or you'll get a bill months later threatening you if you don't pay. I see why people complain now. **
-Best gym so far, I donβt know what people complain about. Staff are awesome and always helpful. Lots of equipment, lots of space. I love it!-

Very disgusting Attitude her name is Mary they over charge and when i told her so she was so rude and told me I couldnβt go to the gym I was supposed to pay 48 she took 90$ and when I told her can I get my money back she was the most unprofessional person and Disrespectful for no reason

Worssst gym ever!!!! I payed a month mebership in cash 2 days later charged my card on auto charge also the same amount. Told my bank they tried to fraud me. My bank said to unsubscribe so i did. They stop charging my card and kept sending me bills repeated for 5 months went in to clear it up today n they have bad customer service! tried to talk to the old lady n she i didnt unsubscribe because i didnt return my card. The guy i talked with to unsubscribe didnt bother to ask for the card back n i told the lady there n she didnt seem to care i told her they were frauding me n she started being rude n told me to get out several times. I was only trying to solve the problem they are causing me billing me over n over after i unsubscribed. really the worst gym in susanville recomended not to waste ur money on them and get double charged.

Horrible business, cancelled my gym membership and got bills for months and months after. Called repeatedly to have it fixed and they kept stalling and sending me more bills. I do not recommend this gym. Very unprofessional.
