All it takes is one meeting with Jonathan. You will feel like you NEED his spirit in your life. He is a great trainer, so balanced and professional.
You will benefit from the physical training and his approach on mental training.
He brings a very positive energy and spirit to what can otherwise seem very challenging journey to getting healthy.

Amazing! Jonathan is more than a personal trainer, he's an intuitive, accomplished and experienced teacher.

I began sessions with him to build strength, and he showed me holes in my approach that I was unaware of and would have otherwise led to injury. His guidance put me on the right path and my performance and mobility improved exponentially.

If your goal is to become a high performing, healthy and well rounded human being then I highly recommend working with him.

I call him the " White Shaman"!! He is one of the most intuitive people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing and working with. I have spent many years training with multiple trainers and I have learned a lot about what I need, what I like, and what I don't. We all have areas we would like to focus on or particular goals we would like to achieve or in my case multiple injuries to contend with. I have major injuries from martial arts and I worked with 5 surgeons, 3 trainers and 3 physical therapists over the course of 6 years and none of them could give me the kind of relief that Jonathan did with his methods. He is the all in one trainer everyone hopes for.

While doing physical training and massage with Jonathan we began to know each other better and through that I learned that he also does Life Coaching and thank god because he was there for me right when I needed him most! Jonathan has a way of helping me realize qualities about myself that I could not see on my own. I'm a hot blooded Italian and I hit the room at 70 mph on a slow day! Jonathan is one of the few people who knows how to disarm me and get me to listen. I'm telling you this man is magic!

Working with Jonathan has been a game changer for me. Before starting with him I had knee pain I thought would require modified workouts for the rest of my life, I was recovering from a foot injury and a bit nervous about what I would be capable of, and I was also working through a time of low energy while navigating some personal issues I had been struggling with.

Now that we are a few months in, I know how to stretch and care for my body to eliminate my knee pain, I have less tension in my body and am continually impressed with how he shows me where I've been holding tension and stress in my body and little tweaks to release it. I have more confidence every week getting back to 100% with my foot. The mental shift alone of the extent to which I can feel stronger AND gentler in the way I relate to my body has created a huge energizing shift for me.

Jonathan has an amazing approach that's not just about fitness (though his range of anatomical knowledge and different exercises is impressive), he always treats me as a whole person factoring in not just what's going on in my body but in my mind and heart as well. My sessions with Jonathan have included work-outs, life coaching, and body work, and sometimes a combination of the three depending on what I am needing most that day.

I can't recommend Jonathan enough for his knowledge, his level of compassion, and well-rounded approach. I wish I found him sooner!

I began training with Jonathan Perrier in July of 2018. My original goal was to improve my workouts and gain strength. During my time with Jon, I noticed my strength improved and my workouts have become more intense yet fun. Part of my workout routine includes eating the kinds of foods that will help me achieve the result I want. Motivation, proper breathing and focus are also key components in Jon's training system that has helped me reach my goals. Jon does a great job changing up the workouts each month; keeping it both interesting and shocking my body into making better gains. My body fat percent has dropped from 14.9% down to 8.66%, along with gaining 6 pounds of muscle. As a result, I noticed that I feel better and have more energy through out the day. My friends, family and co-workers have all commented on my physical changes and additional stamina.

Finally, Jon helps me address any pains or injuries with proper stretching and bodywork. I very much look forward to continuing my regular training with Jonathan and would highly recommend his services.

I met Jonathan through a good friend of mine about 18 months ago. I really enjoy working out with him, he really brings out the best in me. His training methods are always personalized for what I need and he's always able to work with my always changing schedule. Besides losing 20 pounds, I look and feel great.

I have had other trainers in the past, and I'm really glad I met Jonathan. He has provided me with great advice on healthy eating and nutrition as well. There have been times I wasn't scheduled for a session, but he made time to meet with me, talk, and throw some of his positive energy my way to help me get through the day.
