I’ve been working with Anton for a year and a half now. Honestly, I’ve been through so many trainers before because they either had a terrible approach, didn’t care to actually listen to my issues, or straight-up dismissed them. Anton is the complete opposite — he’s super competent, smart, and genuinely cares about his clients.
He helped me overcome my eating disorder, stayed supportive, and actually listened when I had setbacks. No joke, I’ve never had a better trainer.
If you’re looking for real, lasting results — not just a quick fix that falls apart after a week — he’s your guy. Highly recommend!

I'm all about the vibes and the vibes are on point here. Not to mention every day I go in their they have replaced an old machine with a new machine or have added some sort of exciting new equipment. Its easy to see that Art the owner is doing everything he can to make Newd the best gym in town and as far as im concerned, its no competition. Cheers

Terrible customer service… don’t even try to call them they won’t ever answer. It will take days if not weeks to return a call. Gym is also pricey for what you get better off going somewhere else.

I’ve been working with Shay for a while now and I’m very happy that I found her. She’s amazing trainer very tentative and pushes you especially when you don’t feel like pushing yourself. I love how she focuses on what goals you have for your body and helps You achieve them. Shay makes you feel like your working out with a close friend! Definitely happy I found her!

Worked next store doing construction. If I lived in town I would go here cause the work out classes look fun. Music is good also. Just not enough parking sometimes. Bikini babes own it a cry baby if you park in front of his store which get no customer all day. Oh well
