I created NFO Fitness to help people reach their fitness goals in the most efficient and fun way possible. My belief is that there are multiple training paths to get to your goal but hard work, healthy habits, and commitment is the framework we need to get you there. I've worked with a variety of clients to help them reach where they want to be through 1 on 1 training either remotely or in-person. Working with me, you'll be provided a customized monthly program tailored for your goal from a coach with attentiveness and passion.

Nick is the trainer you love to hate—and then thank later. His workouts keep me so engaged that I forget I’m suffering (well, almost). The compound movements feel like they’re training my brain as much as my body, which is great because I’m usually too tired to think by the end. During sessions, I hate him with the fiery passion of 1,000 push-ups… then he throws me on the “assault bike” and somehow I leave feeling stronger, healthier, and secretly grateful.
I’ve only been training with Nick for a little over a month, but I’m already noticing real improvements in my strength and energy. If you’re looking for someone who will push you past your limits, keep you motivated, and actually make you laugh through the pain, Nick Foley is your guy. Highly recommend!

Hello I wanted to share my experiance with Nick. In January I was in pretty bad shape. I was about to turn 49 this year and I was pushing 255 !! my blood work was in the tank and totally out of shape. I met nick in February and got to work and with his guidance and knowledge and positive you got this attituid I have manage to get down to 177 in 6 months and I have reversed all my blood work. So if you are pushing 50 and looking for a change reach out to nick and he can defiantly help.

I was looking for a local trainer that wouldn’t take me far from the island and very happy to have found Nick. Went from being fairly active to not moving intentionally with a toddler and infant at home. Nick is happy to tailor workouts (or off days) to your schedule and ramp up when there’s weeks that allow for more physical activity.
Happy to learned better form and have a trainer to ask any dumb questions about different exercise equipment while getting stronger. Working with a great trainer like Nick has allowed me to become comfortable with weight training where I didn’t focus my time there in the past!

I got into the best shape of my life with Nick as my trainer!
I've always been fairly active and have been consistent with cardio and workout classes, but was never able to truly get toned or lose my pudge until now.
I always felt kind of lost at the gym, but Nick taught me how to strength train and worked patiently with me on improving my form when I had no idea what I was doing. He pushed me to progress with new workout plans, helped me build good habits, and most importantly, kept me consistent!!
I am soo happy with the changes to my body - I feel stronger, healthier, and more confident. Thank you Nick!!!

I dread training with Nick. I wake up at 6am to drive 50 mins to train with him and literally ask as soon as I see him - Does anyone actually like seeing you? But time and time again, Nick reminds me of why I asked for his help and why I will keep coming back. He tailors my workouts to my fitness level and my goals. I wanted to lose the 70 lbs I gained over the pandemic and get back into running (after a 10-year break because of a knee injury). He's helped me with both of those. I've lost a lot of weight, run a 5k and a 10k, and I am now training for a half marathon. Yes, Nick is clearly qualified to help you reach your fitness goals. Beyond the goals you set for yourself though, Nick challenges you to think bigger and pushes you to be stronger. Ugh, I never in my life could have imagined I would be practicing weighted Bulgarian squats on the regular to keep up with Nick’s training program. But here we are, and I have never been this strong or healthy (literally, my blood work proves it). If you need a trainer, Nick is awesome. But if you have even a little curiosity of how you can level up physically and mentally, Nick is the one to go to.

Let’s just say Nick had his work cut out for him from the beginning. I dislike the gym. I hate exercising and I stated that at our first meetup. People always talk about that exhilarating feeling after their workouts, but I never felt it myself. I had just come off of a large medical weight loss journey and doctors orders were to build muscle, but I had no knowledge of how to begin. So we were off and running…
If you’re looking for a personal trainer who radiates charm while simultaneously ruining your will to live—look no further than Nick. Every session with him is like stepping into a beautifully choreographed horror film where the monster is your own burning glutes and the villain is smiling right at you, saying, “Just five more!” (Spoiler: it’s never just five more.)
He claims it’s “for your own good.” Ah yes, because nothing says wellness like walking down stairs like a newborn deer for three days straight.
Highly recommend if you enjoy sweating through your soul, questioning your life choices, and having a constant, low-grade fear of leg day. Thanks, Nick. I can’t wait for our next session. (Save. Me.) =P
But seriously… I really do highly recommend him!!! Nick is easygoing, knowledgeable, friendly, funny, encouraging, adaptable and best of all supportive. =P

After getting blood test results back where my cholesterol and a1c (blood sugar) levels were the highest they ever been, I knew I had to make a change.
Despite playing sports my whole life I've never been able to consistently lift weights so I didn't have high expectations, but working out with Nick has helped to transform my relationship with the gym. He's able to help breakdown exercises and concepts in laymen's terms, is really good at encouraging without making you feel guilty, and leverages technology to help you visualize exercises and track your progress. He's always accessible whether it's meeting up in person to workout together or asking him questions any time of the day.
I'm proud to say that 3.5 months later, I've consistently hit the gym ~3x a week (even while on the road), I'm down over 10 pounds, am arguably in the best shape of my life, and have noticed huge gains in muscle and strength. Thanks Nick!
