I can’t say enough about Nikki Webber and his personal training. Nikki is extremely professional and knowledgeable and has guided me in changing both the look and mechanics of my body in such a positive way. Nikki has helped me to be stronger and more fit at 48 than I could have ever hoped for, all while translating that fitness to help me succeed and perform better in my other sports activities. I've been training with Nikki twice a week for the past ten months and my experience has been outstanding. He's professional, knowledgeable and genuinely pleasant to work with. Beyond strength training he's taught me about overall mobility, recovery, nutrition and how to balance my running program. When we started I couldn't do a pushup, now I can do several full pushups. I've lost weight, leaned out and gained overall strength. My husband is now working with him as well since it's been such a positive experience for me. If you're looking for a knowledgeable, motivating and thoughtful trainer who truly cares about your progress, I highly recommend Nikki!

I am four years post a full knee replacement and my doctor suggested to me I begin working with a trainer to help with some pain I was having. Nikki has been amazing! He took the time to understand my specific issues and has created a program that has helped me regain strength and proper mobility with my replaced knee. I have benefited from Nikki’s knowledge of body mechanics along with strength training and proper nutrition. Highly recommend!

Nikki is a fantastic coach, his approach to health and nutrition is a full holistic approach. Through his healthy lifestyle approach I was able to lose 30 pounds in just over 6 months and was actually able to keep it off! Nikki has more passion for his work than anyone I have ever met. Working with Nikki was the best decision I could’ve made for my health. I had gained a ton of weight after an injury and had no motivation to get back in the gym. I started working with Nikki 8 weeks before my wedding and on my wedding day I was 20 pounds down and looked and felt great. After battling a torn hip labrum last Spring, I decided to go on a mission to build up my strength and mobility and found my dream trainer in Nikki Weber! I’ve had many personal trainers but Nikki’s positive and intentional approach is transformative. With his deep knowledge of the body, thorough preparation, and balance between strength, mobility and flexibility, I can see and feel myself getting stronger with each session. Since working with Nikki, I feel stronger, healthier, and more supported and motivated than ever to keep it up! Before I started training with Nikki, I had recurring pain that I felt in my glutes and neck. The pain in my glutes had stopped me from jogging for years - something that I used to love! I was starting to feel like I would have to give up jogging for good. Nikki worked with me to find stretches and exercises that strengthened those areas over time and I am happy to say that I am now pain free and am back to jogging! As a wheelchair user my shoulders take a lot of abuse. I didn’t take long, after my spinal cord injury, to realize I needed to try to make my shoulders bulletproof. I came to Nikki to help me develop a sustainable plan to build strength and longevity in my shoulders. The confidence I had going into ski season, after a few months of working the routine Nikki created, was a night and day difference. My shoulders are now stronger than Nikki’s. I am a beast.

Working with Nikki has been a phenomenal experience. His approach to increasing mobility and performance has been the first method to help me overcome many perceived limitations. If I could give Nikki a six star review I would. Nikki is great, I highly recommend him. I started training with Nikki after I suffered a spinal cord injury. The twice weekly sessions with him have been instrumental on my road to recovery. From building strength to keeping my shoulders healthy, he's been awesome.
I really appreciate his focus on the mental aspect of training as well as the physical. He explains why we train, why a specific exercise will help reach my goal, why a certain body position is important.
Training with Nikki is always the best part of my week.

Working with Nikki has truly helped me accomplish my physical health goals the past 2 years+. His approach to increased physical fitness is unique. It’s not just a workout in the gym, it is the focus on maintaining natural abilities that go away with age and injuries. We work together to identify my goals and communicate weekly on shifts and additional exercises that get me to my goals. I make every effort to not miss my workouts as I have seen next level results. He helped me train for. 180 mile hike around Lake Tahoe at 52 - completed it 3 days faster than planned at 10 days!

After breaking my clavicle in 5 pieces, Nikki helped me to get back to 100% super quickly. We started working as soon as the doctors allowed. Nikki helped me regain full range of motion and when the time came, strengthened the muscles surrounding to achieve a speedy full recovery! Can’t say enough good things about this man! He has a vast knowledge of how the body works and can design a program that fits the needs of any individual that he works with.

My son started working out with Nikki at the recommendation of his physical therapist to overcome recurring nagging injuries that were a result of extreme growth spurts combined with the rigors of juggling competitive soccer and skiing. NIkki was able to identify my son's weak areas and created a workout program that was not only fun, but also extremely effective in building strength and preventing injuries. We were so happy with the results, that my daughter started working out with Nikki as well. He is professional and insightful and creates fun and motivational workouts that deliver impressive results. I can't recommend him highly enough.

In my twelve years of being an adaptive athlete I can say with confidence that Nikki is one of THE BEST trainers I’ve worked with. I lost my leg in Afghanistan in 2011 below the knee and returned to sports like surfing, snowboarding, BASE jumping and many others as a form of mental and physical therapy. I’ve traveled all over the world in pursuit of these sports and worked with lots of different personal trainers in various locations.
Nikki Weber is in my top 3, for so many reasons. His workouts are fun, different, and constantly evolving to fit my growth in strength and mobility. The number one thing about him though is his skill and knowledge in adapting every exercise to meet each individuals needs. On the fly, in the gym, he can see something might be too difficult or easy and has the various levels of that exercise ready to adjust.
It’s been a pleasure to work with Nikki and I look forward to many more training sessions together. I believe he can get me where I want to be and so it’s worth giving him your best, because he’ll make you even better.

Training with Nikki this last few months has been by far the best experience with working out I’ve ever had. From the initial meeting and assessment of what I wanted to work on and work towards, the trouble areas on my body that were extra weak and painful from a vehicle accident, and ever single workout session thereafter have all been by far the most professional and informative and encouraging workouts I’ve ever experienced. He really communicates in an easy to understand way how to do the workouts with good and correct form to really maximize your workout without the risk of injury. The progress that I’ve made in just a couple months thanks to Nikki’s coaching and personalized routines that he makes for me have been truly life changing for me. Going into the gym to workout under his guidance are the highlights of my week. If you’re thinking of training under Nikki, just do it. You’ll thank yourself later!
