Lindsey is an awesome trainer. She listens, pays attention to what you need, and knows how to push you without making workouts feel miserable. Sessions are fun, super clear, and you always walk out feeling better than you walked in. Couldn’t recommend her more!

I love my personal training sessions with Lindsey! She does a great job at identifying new exercises for me to try, based on my goals. She has taught me so much about different machines that I was intimidated to use before. She is a great motivator and wants me to get stronger, but also makes sure to provide modifications if I need them. Plus she’s super friendly and easy to talk to. Highly recommend!

Lindsey is amazing! I experience a lot of anxiety with the gym atmosphere. Even just the thought of going inside scared me so I didn’t think I would be able to get to a point where I would feel comfortable stepping inside of a gym until I met Lindsey. She helped me get more familiar with the gym equipment, encouraged me, and taught me great workouts that were perfect for me. I gained so much confidence and stopped being scared of going to the gym thanks to her. On days where she could not go with me, if I wanted to try a new piece of equipment I would FaceTime her or send her a video and she would walk me through how to use it. She is also so nice and just awesome! I highly recommend!!! There is no better trainer out there.

Working with Lindsey was an absolute blast. She was extremely helpful, supportive, and made the workout enjoyable. I specifically requested for some core workouts and she was able to pick several different exercises that made my abdominals really sore the next day! Needless to say she’s great as a coach and I’ve been actively seeing the results of her training regimen!
