I love going to No Excuse Fitness. Roland and Dave are great instructors and are very motivating people. I always leave the workout, short or long, feeling extra accomplished. They are encouraging, understand a persons limitation, but also pushes people to do their best in 45 minutes. I highly recommend this gym.

Iβve been coming for about 7 months, 4x a week! I can not think of a single negative thing to say. Not only are Roland and Dave (instructors) the two nicest people, with a great sense of humor, but they really know fitness and how to keep all their clients motivated. Another perk, the other clients who attend! They are all welcoming and a non judgmental group, from all walks of life and all age groups. If you are looking for a gym with a great community feel, where you will get a solid workout done in 45 min, this is totally the place.

No Excuses is really great, mostly due to the efforts of owner Roland, who is the best trainer I have ever had. He's super enthusiastic about his work, has a great passion for fitness and the ability to create new and interesting exercises all the time while keeping in mind the limitations of people with injuries, etc. the Group Stride Class, which is actually a boot camp class, is a fantastic workout but Roland is great one on one as well. Top notch all around! Highly recommend.

β’ Workouts are tailored to the individual.
β’ Roland will push to your capacity but keep things energized and balanced.
β’ Itβs exercise but Roland makes it fun, personable and shows a lot of care.
While Iβm not in the group stride classes, itβs clear that Roland and Dave do a great job maintaining the pace and energy level. Everyone looks energized after their class and glad they made the effort.

Great work out and nice people. Facility is a good size, not too small nor too big, so the group size is manageable. Equipment is new and clean. The space is well maintained. Easy parking, at least for the Saturday classes that I attended.

I love No Excuses Fitness ! I have been going to the Groupstride classes for several years now and they are a really great workout. Classes are 45 mins long with a good mix of cardio and weight training. Each class is different as the trainers, Roland and Dave, mix up the routine. Classes are very challenging which I really like because you leave each class feeling like you had a great workout. I started off as a complete fitness newbie and the trainers have been very helpful and pushed me to get better. Class size is really nice, and everyone is very welcoming and friendly. I really recommend these classes !
