I reached out to this place because my son was interested in boxing. I spoke to Carina who was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. We took a trip to the gym and watched some live sparring, thereafter Carina spoke to us directly and was able to get us in for boxing lessons. So thankful for this place as its keeping my teen busy!

I first went to the Noble & Carina boxing gym back in 2015-2017 and had stopped because of medical reasons, a conflict of my work hours and I started traveling overseas a lot. But my experience in boxing there was augmented and the training from Rick Noble and Carina Moreno along with sparring with Robert Terrance, Jim Booth, and many others is a five star experience. Teaching the proper boxing basics and the 16 defensive forms, am 65 years old and they have a 6-7 am M-W-F class for adults and children to from beginners to Advance in the evenings and on T-Th-Saturdays.
