Since 2012, I have been a dedicated practitioner of sports medicine, committed to helping individuals in my community improve their fitness, alleviate pain, and enhance their overall quality of life.

I trained with Kaden and was very impressed. The gym is clean, inviting, and well-equipped with everything you need for a great workout. Kaden is motivating, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. The workout was challenging but fun, and his energy keeps you pushing harder.

I recently had a total knee replacement on my right leg. It was obvious to me from the day of the surgery that I had benefited greatly by the work that Ibrahim has done. The doctor and the nurse took measurements and told me that I was in a very good position starting out and to keep going. I knew it was all due to the specific exercises I had done with Ibrahim! I knew that because the measurements they had taken correlated with some of the exercises he regularly had me do.

This gym is absolutely amazing and simply awesome. I'm doing rehabilitative type of personal training, and it has been so encouraging, positive, and helpful. I've been here for a month, and I'm already seeing results! I previously did physical therapy for 8 months, which was a good first step for restoring mobility. After hitting a wall and having some basic mobility restored, I needed someone who could provide more focused help. Ibrahim observed my walking ability, and from there he has been giving me exercises that have made a big difference.
This is all a VERY.BIG.DEAL because I have serious structural issues with my right ankle and completely flat feet. My longtime podiatrist told me that all this focused work on my slowly deteriorating walking had the potential to really bring things back. Well, physical therapy first and now Ibrahim's personal training has been incredibly positive and filled with results.
Ibrahim is the best. I first met him as a trainer 10 years ago at a big box gym. He's a seasoned personal trainer. He's great with people, and this gym is all positivity and energy. I love being at this gym for the added bonus of being in the company of good people and positive vibes. It's everything good.
If you're looking for personal training, you've found the place. I strongly recommend trying Nomad's Fitness. You won't regret it.

I suffered even getting out of bed. Nomads fitness help me recover. They gave me stretches and workouts that helped me recover from a herniated disk. They worked with me three days a week. It was easy getting a time that worked for me to help me recover.
Now I continue to go to stay strong and get stronger. The trainers are fun and creative in their workout. From boxing to cardio to a little dancing to relax. There’s even sports massages. All so I can stay in shape and get stronger.
Shout outs to my trainer who rocks Ibrihim!!!!!! Who's always there to show me new workouts and correct my forms.

I have been training with Ibrihim for nearly seven years. If it wasn’t for his help, work ethic, & knowledge I never would have recovered from the injury I received. With his help guidance and patience I was able to use my hand again and regain much of the physicality I lost after the injury. I owe him a great deal.

I'm not a fan of gyms because I worry I will exacerbate old injuries from a car accident. But I love this place. Ibrahim and his team are so knowledgeable. They take the time to assess, and then create a program that's designed to both heal and strengthen. I tried everything before coming here: chiropractic, acupuncture, surgery, massage....But Ibrahim finally diagnosed and fixed the problems. He gave me exercises I could do at home to maintain and even get stronger. I just wish I had found them sooner.
