**UPDATE** I reached out to the gym owner and they fixed the mistake. I still stand by my warning about the office manager that I dealt with. She’s not great.

My child loves her gymnastics classes but I’m giving this 2 stars because I absolutely HATE dealing with the office staff. There is a woman who works in the office who is extremely rude and dismissive. Our school pays for the monthly fees, but we still have to keep a debit card on file. I went to the office to talk to my least favorite person on earth and she assured me that I would not be charged for the month. She made me feel stupid for even asking. Lo and behold - I was charged and it’ll probably take at least a month to get the money back. A couple of years ago we had the same exact issue and it took 2 months and a call from the school director to finally receive a refund. We cancelled our classes back then because of how frustrating it was.

Booked my daughter’s birthday party! Girls working just sat up front didn’t do anything sat around the whole time talking to eachother! Asked for Disney music to be playing and wasn’t played until the last 20 minutes of the party. This is my second booking and all around just kinda disappointed by the service.

I had reserved my daughter’s birthday party, but due to unforeseen circumstances, I needed to cancel the booking. Despite giving almost two months notice, the gym refused to refund my deposit. I understand that businesses have cancellation policies, but refusing a refund with nearly two months notice is extremely unreasonable. Most reputable places offer some flexibility, especially with such advance notice. When I contacted them to explain my situation and request a refund, the staff was dismissive and unhelpful. Overall, my experience has been incredibly frustrating. Their inflexible cancellation policy and poor customer service have left me very dissatisfied. Honestly I’m not one to write reviews ever but I’m Really bummed about our experience. We booked our son’s 2nd birthday here. You pay $300 dollars to rent the place for 2 hours. Things that are supposed to be included are the bounce house, zipline and upstairs with refrigerator. However they make you leave/empty the upstairs eating party area 30 minutes prior to your 2 hrs being over so they can clean for the next party. All that being said the refrigerator that we were allowed to use was full of stuff and dirty( if that’s included as part of your ammenities I think we should be able to use it) The zip line kept breaking which was a bummer but it is what it was. what really irritated me and ruined our experience was the girls kept asking when we were going to do presents and then hovered over us upstairs as we tried to clean up 10 minutes before our time upstairs was up. And then after started vacuuming while the party was still going. It made my guest feel like the party was over and they needed to leave. For the money we paid I would say the venue should put a 30 minute window between parties to clean otherwise. Its ironic because they give you 15 minutes to set up but take 30 minutes of your time to clean. They also charge you $15/per kid past 15 kids so if your planning on booking the location because you have a large family or class that’s something to take into consideration because again for time your allotted and what is included it gets up there in price. I think this would normally be a great location to have a party if they made it more welcoming and worked out these problems. I won’t be booking another party unfortunately.

We have gone to open gym for years and love it, but only recently started gymnastics classes here. My daughter has had so much fun and is thrilled to go to class. Keira is her coach and my daughter adores her. Keira is patient, fun, and good at what she does! My daughter has already learned so much and we have been quite impressed!

Great place to work with! Great energy from the owners and staff to the gymnists. Dealing with them has been a great experience. I have many friends who send their kids there for classes as well as the elite team. I've recommended it for many friends who are curious where they should go. Check em out.

My girls go to this gym for gymnastic classes. And all the coaches are amazing. They really concentrate on working with every child in the classes, and motivate them to do their best. The front desk staff is always very kind and willing to help figure out a schedule that accommodates my 3 girls.

I love this place! The office members make it easy to book & enroll online. The coaches are awesome with kids and adults, learning new techniques and/or training.

The new Parkour, Full Send Ninja experience is fantastic! Who doesn't like ziplining indoors?!

They have awesome birthday 🎉🎈 🎂 party packages, making our experience so much easier and fun, to do everything in one place -- we even got their new Birthday Media Package, so we'll have the memories of it.

I wish I could give them 0 stars! They may have given the front a face lift, and moved some of the equipment around. But the new owners could care less about customer service! I threw a party there and it was one disaster after another. Ask around! I wish I would have! I booked months in advance, only to have the time changed last minute, and then the overcharge my credit card on file! I spoke to a woman at work, she said they did the same thing to her. She said 5 other people had the exact same experience. The owner never called to apologize and the staff was rude and said next time I could go somewhere else! They even rescheduled this one ladies last minute and told her she could cancel, but they don't give refunds! How is that an option! Poor customer service, dirty facilities, they are not the only gymnastics place in town. Someone should remind them! Word of mouth can go along way! It must be their friends giving them 5 stars.

Great place to host birthday parties all the kids from ages 2-16 had a great time. The young man offered help in setting up the party decorations he didn't have to do that what a sweet guy. Don't waste time at places like rare air when you can come here!! Hands down the best place for a party all for a great price

This was the 1st time booking a party with them and I paid for 2 time slots which was $270 when I called to make the reservation the lady told me The Time slot was 3 o'clock to 7 o'clock And A-day before the party another lady called me to confirm and also told me it was 3 o'clock to 7 o'clock so I set my daughter's birthday for 4 o'clock so I had one hour to set up and decorate because we had a lot of decorations and a lot of food so I knew I would need 1 hour to prepare so the party went well and at around 6:14 The worker came up and asked if we needed any help and I asked her if she wanted to eat and she said sure and I told her yeah take your time because we have 45 minutes still and I'm gonna start cleaning now ..and she looked at me and said no you have 15 minutes.. She means 15 minutes to clean up and get out of there before the other party gets there she then went on to tell me that my time slot was at 2:30 to 6:30 but I told her I know I talked to 2 different ladies and they told me it was 3 o'clock to 7 o'clock that's why I had the birthday at 4 o'clock if I had known it was 2:30 to 6:30 I would have started my birthday eariler.??? I pulled up the website to show her the time slots and the time slots were 2:30-4:30 AND 5:00 -7:00 and then 7:30-9:30so if I paid for 2 time slots I should have even gotten 230-7. I showed the lady their website and she told me she has never seen that page of their website before ..so there we were rushing to get everything cleaned up in 15 minutes because she told us the other party would be that at 645. I will never be having another birthday there. Sucks for them they lost my business and all of my friends and families.

I have been bringing my daughter to this gym for a few years. I believe the new owners have done a tremendous job since they have had it. They remodeled the front office and have done nothing but good for the gym.
I don't find the rude and racists comments left by the previous reviewer to be accurate at all. So sad that anyone would feel the need to spread such hate. I find the new owners to be very friendly and attentive. Even though I liked the old owners as well I think the new ones have created an atmosphere they can be proud of. I believe this to be the best gym in town.

We had my sons birthday party here and it was a blast. The kids loved it and I loved how clean and safe the environment is. While I have not had a chance to participate in any of the professional gymnastics classes, I would defiantly recommend them for birthday parties or other events involving children.
