I feel thankful to have found NorCal Functional Fitness to restart my fitness journey. I've been working with Mike Sunday as a personal trainer for the past few months in a small group training session. His knowledge, friendliness, and encouragement keeps me sticking with it. He's coached me on intermittent fasting and is very encouraging when I get exercise outside of training, too. I highly recommend you working with him!

Norcal Functional Fitness is a great gym with amazing trainers and great equipment. Gregg has personally helped me achieve/exceed many of my personal fitness related goals. Gregg has also provided me with nutritional and lifestyle advice that has aided in improving my overall fitness and conditioning levels. Gregg is very good at helping me on my personal need. I was learning ice skating when doing the workout there, and really wanted to improve ice skating skills as a beginner. Gregg helped me a lot on building up my core muscles and practicing movements on slide board. Now I really have something I enjoy doing. :D
