I give it 5 stars because they have awesome classes and they have tryouts for free and they are not that expensive and there are a lot of people here and it is a good place to make Freinds

This is the most amazing dance academy for my child to come for dance. The teachers are so experienced and so good with helping our students improve and correct them when needed. They have a huge variety of classes and great variety of teachers to learn different ways of teaching. It‘s a very conservative studio as far as attire goes and it’s appreciated. Front desk is superb and always going out of their way to help, super friendly and always willing to accommodate you. Thank you NCAD!

I love taking dance classes here, there is a wide variety of dance classes available to me. Each class is challenging while at the same time, lots of fun! I have grown so much as a dancer. Class times and having two different locations means that I have the flexibility to choose the classes I want.

NCAD is such a great dance studio. My girls feel at home ❤️ We are so impressed with the studio, instructors, and staff. I couldn’t be happier with the instruction, professionalism, and family feel of the studio. NCAD Oceanside is such a great asset to the Oceanside Community.

I took my daughter in for a beginning ballet trial class and she was the only one in the class. Apparently, they haven’t had any retention with the students for this class. The instructor was really nice and my daughter really liked her. So when we got done with the trial class, the receptionist came over to follow up and tell me if I signed up that day I would get half off for the first month and an $8 registration. So I signed her up that same exact day, and I got charged the registration same day and confirmed I was getting half off for the first month to which she responded yes. When it was time to get charged, they charged me the full amount. I called and spoke to the front office on 4 or more different occasions and each time they told me that they would ask someone about it. I never got a response/refund and it seems like no one in the office can get it together. I even texted the number that reached out to me when one of the class was cancelled and no response. Also, the first actual class fell on a holiday so they were closed and the following Monday, the instructor was out sick, so I inquired about a make up class and there’s not many opportunities for a make up class. When I initially called to ask about the extra charge, I also asked about make up classes and was also given the option to take another beginner class and also informed that they were going to be opening a new beginning ballet class. I was not interested in putting her in a different beginner class because I didn’t sign her up for beginning tap or jazz. So the next time I came into class, I asked the receptionist what were the times for a make up class, she told me she doesn’t work at that location and I would have to ask next time I came in. I asked the instructor, she told me she doesn’t know because she doesn’t teach that class. No one has any initiative to find an answer. Either there’s no organization behind that desk and no one has any access to find information about the classes or they just don’t care. Why have people answering the phones or working the front when they can’t even answer any questions or get anything done. I’ve reached out numerous times and in different ways, and everyone has been so unhelpful and useless. I’ve been very understanding and patient each time I reached out and gave them plenty of chances to make it right, but they don’t seem to care.
