Both of my daughters love coming to Gyminny Kids for gymnastics. The coaches are friendly and welcoming. The parent portal is very user friendly and easy to schedule up make classes. I love that you can use the make up classes for their parent's night out. When it's your child's birthday they offer a free open gym for them and 3 of their friends to join.

The only thing I wished they had done better was communicate when my daughters'
Coach was switching to a different time slot. We didn't receive any notification and when I asked the front desk about it before the switch happened they assured me their coach wasn't changing class times which was not the case. Other than that our experience has been very positive and my girls love coming here.

My 4.5 year old daughter has been attending classes at Gyminny for over a year now. She is learning confidence, coordination, and following directions. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and it is set up to be relaxing and convenient for parents (and visiting grandparents!). We've even done a princess birthday party on site! In general, I recommend that all little kids take gymnastics, and Gyminny of Poway is a perfect venue to learn those skills and body awareness.

This is our first year joining the summer camp, and I originally registered my kids for the half-day program. But after just their first half day, they were begging to stay for the full day! They absolutely love the coaches, the facility, the staff—and especially the bungees! We’re so happy to have found a place they enjoy so much.

We came for a open gym class and it was not a pleasant experience...so many rules and workers are very rude and with attitude. For example, one of the instructor keeps following parents and children telling all rules in a very sharp tone. I tried to have a conversation with her about her annoying way of communicating and she gave me the look and walked away.

We were invited to a birthday party. And it was great. The downside is that they had normal classes while the birthday party was going and it was very confusing for kids. Plus one of the staff yelled at one of my girls (she is 4) because she was accidentally crossing to the training area. And after the food was served. My other daughter sneaked back to the gym for a quick jump on one of the play area but she was strictly instructed again in a very unwelcome tone that she shouldn’t be there.
The 3 star is because my daughters enjoyed it. But they need training on customer service specially when it relates to kids

North County Gymnastics is an amazing place for kids to learn and grow! The coaches are incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and great with children of all skill levels. Hey...as a grandmother to a girl (7) and boy (9) | can tell you that I am impressed with the time and attention these children receive at this facility. The staff is very positive and even offer an excellent play area near parents seating for wee ones not in the gymnastic area
It is very clean and friendly, safe and organized!
They have nice BIG glass windows, free K-Cup beverages or H20 and plenty of parking. Monitors are available to view the various angles of the kids and parking areas.
Cannot think of a thing I would change, honestly.

I recently hosted my daughter's birthday party at the Poway location on a Sunday, which turned out to be a great choice as we had the entire facility to ourselves. The kids had a blast, and my daughter said she had a great birthday party.

However, the experience was marred by the staff, particularly the woman at the front desk, who was not welcoming from the moment I arrived. The two instructors were fine - they supervised the kids while they played - but lacked enthusiasm and didn't seem happy to be working on a Sunday. To make matters worse, before the party was even over, the lady at the front desk handed me a clipboard with a bill and a survey to fill out. At one point, she announced that the party was over and instructed me to start cleaning up immediately, even though we were still taking photos with guest and family. One employee even remarked that we were taking too long.

It's important to note that the facility is closed on Sundays unless there's a scheduled party. However, if the staff is going to be dismissive and rude to paying customers and their guests, perhaps they should reconsider hosting parties on a Sunday.

This is such a wonderful gym! My kiddos have tried many sports in the past few years and been uninterested. This is the only place that they actually get excited to attend. We love Gyminny! I cannot say enough amazing things about this place. The coaches are amazing, especially Coach Caitlin and Coach Stephanie! They provide such fun, happy, and positive place for these kids. Their level up clinics are great for helping the kids work on a certain skill they want to get better at. I love that they align their day camps with the Poway School District for when schools are closed. We take our daughter here every time! I am so happy we found this place! I adore this location, we had to switch to 4s ranch one due to our new home, but still miss this one. It feels like home. All coaches are kind, supportive and respectful. But Alex was the best. My son didn’t follow instructions at the beginning, but Alex was patient and persistent and waited as long as it takes to teach him. And he did an amazing job.

Real talk, this place is AMAZING!! They have so many different class times, rotating dynamic gymnastics equipment, and discounts for certain classes which was surreal. The place has a pristine, super cool lounge for parents and siblings and COMPLEMENTARY HOT BEVERAGES. Currently sipping a decaf while using their WIFI. And the staff literally could not be better. From the first phone call, I was blown away by their friendly demeanor and genuine care that I find the classes I was looking for. They are always helpful and COOL, and they really care about the kids and about helping you find the right fit for your child. They offer free trial classes and the parent portal is awesome. I switched here from MyGym in Poway. It's cheaper, by far better, and the location is very convenient.

This facility is very clean and very organized. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. My kids are not super serious gymnasts. My daughter is five and takes the cricket/super cricket class and my son is seven and takes the ninja class. He comes out of class exhausted after getting a ton of exercise. It’s encouraging him to face his fears and push himself physically. There are military and sibling discounts. My kids love it and I am able to schedule them for the same timeframe so we only have to go once a week. Highly recommend this gym for families like ours.

Today we had my daughter’s 9th Bday Circus themed party at Gyminny Kids in Poway - it was a huge success! Thank you, Gyminny Kids Poway staff! We had 11 girls and an awesome coach (who is actually used to be a professional circus performer!). Kids were offered to try/practice trapeze, silks, bungee fun, and lots of other activities (under a great supervision!) that their huge gym has to offer! Also, ALL of their staff is really awesome too - we had been going there to their open gym time on Saturdays, and previously to S4 ranch for the camps and classes. The staff at both locations are great, the Poway location is newer and have a more “homey” feel, which I like a lot! I’m definitely recommending this place to anyone who has active kids!

My kids have been going here for years and they enjoy it very much. The atmosphere is always cheerful and friendly, clean and family friendly. Their is a nice viewing area for the parents with coffee and tea. They do the best extras for the holidays too! For Christmas they had free photos with Santa and milk and cookies. Valentines were given to all the kids from their coaches and kids had the opportunity to make one for their coaches. My daughter has learned a lot and in a supportive, fun way! I see the owner every time I go in and its great to see how much he cares about his business. I didn't know who he was at first, just a friendly staff member, but saw him in photos and realized he is the owner, Daniel. He is very approachable. I see the place filled with happy kids and don't mind driving a little extra to get here. They even supported my girl scout! I think the cost of the classes are very reasonable and they are always have clinics and parents nights out too. Great business!!!

I cannot express my unyielding gratitude enough for the insanely amazing man, the legend, the superhero of all heroes: DAVE!!!!!
Upon exiting my car with my fleet of children, my single car key decided to plummet to its own demise 12 feet down none other than...THE SEWER DRAIN!!!
Dave, the *magician*, took nearly 45 minutes out of his own day, and fished it out with a Ted-talk-invention on the spot of his own creation consisting of a magnet attached to a rope. Then, he proceeded to climb- yes - climb down INTO the ninja turtle lair to retrieve it!!
Dave recued all of us today, and we are forever in his debt, as well as his biggest fans!!!

We love Gyminny kids. My daughters who are 5 and 8 loves the gym. They have amazing coaches and everyone works there are absolutely the best people you can imagine. Always very helpful and friendly, make us feel very welcoming every time we walk in. They also have a lots of seasonal events like Halloween or Christmas and my kids enjoys that too.

I used to send my kids when it was Poway gymnastic too. When it was Poway gymnastic we used have a lot of issues and miscommunication, it was awful. But since Gyminny kids bought this place everything has changed dramatically. They beautifully renovated place, way more organized and people works there seems a lot happier too. I recommend to try out the Gyminny kids who were disappointed with Poway gymnastic they are absolutely amazing!

Love this school! We enrolled last September and I truly wished I signed them up sooner! They were so understanding and supportive with my twin girls (3 years old at the time) who weren't very comfortable in the beginning. Now they look forward to each class and enjoy practicing their new moves at home!

I found this school through my girlfriend who sends her two girls here too. It's extremely clean, organized, and professional. The coaches are all so friendly and fun. It's a hidden gem of a gymnastics school! We can't wait to utilize "parents night out" which they seem to do monthly. Plenty of extra classes and camps are available all the time which I love. The staff here are so happy to be here and are ENGAGED! You can tell they really love working here. Highly recommend this school for your kids!!

My daughters are enjoying their classes, they especially enjoy Coach Earl. My one frustration is that they do not prorate the monthly fees when they are closed and you miss a class. (Thanksgiving, Dec holidays, I’m sure other times during the year). They charge you for the class regardless, and the onus is on you to find a time to make it up outside of your regular class times. (Given 60 days). I understand the makeup policy for missed classes due to vacation/sickness, I do not understand why they apply the same policy to when the gym is closed. The gym has decided to offer only camps the last 2 weeks of December, canceling our regular classes. I thus am charged for 6 classes (about $200) that I have to find time to makeup later. Our fam is busy. Prorate for classes that are canceled by the gym and do not expect clients to pay for them and be forced to find time to make them up or forfeit $$.

Switched over to this gym a few months ago with my level 3 kiddo. We instantly fell in love with the coaching and the attention she received from the coaches. The class size was beyond our belief after coming from a gym that had a very large class size for the team kids. Since we started she has made so many improvement's and we have the amazing coaches Ashley, Jamie, Hannah and Shadd! Now my youngest is doing classes and loves it! She's very excited to be doing what her big sister does❤️

As a parent who sits in the viewing area for a couple hours 3x a week l more than appreciate the front office staff and just how friendly and inviting they are. I also really appreciate the coffee bar 🤣
