Michelle is a phenomenal instructor! I miss her in LA. She brings all the qualities of a great Pilates instructor. She is always kind, gentle with her approach and promotes what is best for YOUR body that day. She can tell when you’re able to push yourself and when you can scale it down to honor where you are in the moment.
If that means modified bird dog or full movement then that’s exactly how she guides you. 🤍

Michelle is knowledgeable, passionate, and patient! These are some of the best qualities an instructor can have. Her classes are therapeutic and inspiring. She is attentive to individual needs in group settings. She guides with clear instruction, which is helpful in getting the most out of my practice. Her corrections are both informative and encouraging. She makes herself available and approachable for questions/concerns. My hip flexors and I always look forward to taking class with her! I feel longer and stronger.

I cannot recommend Michelle enough! From the very first class, it was clear that she is not only incredibly knowledgeable about Pilates, but also passionate about helping you feel your best, both mentally and physically.
I am genuinely blown away by the difference it’s made, not just in my physical strength and posture, but in how I feel overall.
If you’re looking for a Pilates instructor who is not only highly skilled but genuinely cares about your progress and wellbeing, I can’t recommend Michelle enough.

I love working with Michelle. She was the first one that really got me thinking about my breath. I’ve had great Pilates teachers before but the timing of Michelle’s approach and where I was in my life really resonated. Thanks to Michelle I understand more about why my breath is important and how to use it to minimize stress- this has taken my Pilates practice to a whole new level. She really is an integrated practitioner which is more rare than you’d think. She’s also very kind, clear and goes to great lengths to make sure you understand the concept and how it applies to your own body. She truly does care and I love having her as a teacher.

Michelle taught Pilates at my PT & Wellness Center in Pacific Palisades, CA. She brought such a unique and thoughtful approach to every Pilates session. What immediately stood out was how she seamlessly integrated different disciplines - yoga, melt techniques, and relaxation stretching methods - creating sessions that felt both comprehensive and personalized.
Working with Michelle, I noticed how her varied approach kept each session engaging and effective. She has this wonderful ability to read what you need in the moment and adapt accordingly. Her reliability and consistency made it easy for her clients to maintain a regular practice.
If I had to describe a session with Michelle to someone, I'd say it's like having a skilled guide who draws from multiple wellness traditions to create something uniquely beneficial. She's incredibly kind and attentive, and you can tell she genuinely cares about each client's experience and progress. Her thoughtfulness shows in how she structures each session and the variety of techniques she brings to her teaching.
Michelle is truly a fabulous instructor, and it's clear why all her clients loved working with her at my PT & Wellness Center. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a Pilates teacher who brings both expertise and genuine care to their practice.

I decided to try reformer pilates when my chronic low back pain was becoming more and more flared up with standard gym exercises. I began working with Michelle and quickly became a regular at her classes. She is incredibly welcoming, personable, and knowledgeable! Michelle was always able to give me specific exercise modifications, while still challenging me.
Something else that really stood out to me was that Michelle’s classes are for every body—regardless of shape, size, experience level, or background. Her focus is always on movement, strength, and how your body feels, not how it looks. It’s incredibly refreshing and you leave feeling stronger and more empowered.

I’ve taken Michelle’s classes for the past few years and her method of teaching not only changed my body by making me stronger to my core but has changed the way I mentally approach health and wellness. She is first and foremost so knowledgeable about the science behind our bodies that I know every move has a greater purpose. She motivates by keeping our goals and challenges relatable and tangible which makes the whole journey of being healthy consistent and sustainable. To top it off, she is the best human being. I am so lucky to have crossed paths with such a gifted teacher. Thank you times a million!

After just one class with Michelle, I knew I would keep coming back. It was so clear to me that she was committed to her role as not just a fitness instructor, but someone with a deep knowledge of physiology and movement. I loved that in the middle of transitions or counting reps, she would add in quick and illuminating comments about the various deep muscles we were working. Her extensive knowledge of bodies and movement helped to elevate our own awareness of our bodies in class and in life.
Something else that I loved is that with whatever class Michelle was teaching, it would be challenging and varied. From her beginner level to intermediate and more intense classes, I always felt challenged, and more importantly, I saw and felt results.
After many months of taking Michelle's classes weekly, I felt more toned and saw muscle definition. Even more important, some of my chronic hip and foot pain had subsided with strengthening work we were doing for hip mobility and easing our psoas muscles, and with foot and ankle articulation. It is liberating to be in my body without that pain after many years.
Finally, in the expansive world of fitness and wellness, I just found Michelle to be the real deal. From the first class I took with her, she was welcoming, authentic, down to earth, and so very charming and fun. As someone who never leaves Google reviews, I jumped at this chance to give Michelle her flowers!
