Absolutely love NOVO Yoga!! Amazing studio and amazing teachers! Would recommend to anyone! It is like joining a yoga family! The studio is extremely clean! They sanitize everything after class to get ready for the next! Now you need gloves and a mask. I invested $10 in a face shield! No problem practicing! The mask was not so bad either! NOVO is definitely worth it ! Not only for stress and anxiety relief but a great practice!!

I LOVE this place. I was visiting for a conference and had never did hot yoga in my life. I loved it so much that I did hot yoga every. single. day. I was there! They are so nice!!!!

Absolutely loved the studio. Was a regular customer a year ago for about 8 months. They have very professional Yoga Teachers who will give you a work out you're looking for, they will have their eyes on you and give you an adjustment while you're following their lead. I believe the place was renovated recently and it looks even better than when I was there. Always clean, comfy and friendly.

BEST YOGA STUDIO IN SOCAL!!! I’ve been to over 20 studios from Santa Barbara to San Diego and this one is the very best. Excellent clean space, expert friendly talented teachers, wonderful vibe. Love this place!!!

love this little place... i've been coming off and on for a few years... the instructors are super friendly and helpful and the people that attend are super nice as well... plenty of parking and they added a munch of new classes this year ;)

Great Yoga Studio! The heat in the classroom is hot enough to make you sweat out all your toxins and I always leave feeling like I have replenished my body. Comparing to other Hot Yoga Studios this one feels more authentic. Parking is free and easy to access. Not over crowded.

I have taken yoga classes in the past, 2 actually, LOL. I had a pretty bad injury involving my hip flexor for over 2 years, which also effected my lower back. I went to physical therapy, had chiropractic work done on me and sports messages. Although they made me feel a little better, but the injuries were still there. I have come to The Hot Yoga Center for about 6 weeks now and I absolutely love it. My injuries have pretty much vanished, my flexibility has improved dramatically and I feel absolutely amazing! The instructors are outstanding and the energy of the center is awesome. I highly recommend it to everyone whether you have an injury or not, you will love it. I'm addicted... Thank you to all the instructors, you're all incredible!
