NSFIT is the best gym in the area by a long shot. I would recommend this spot to anyone. The facility is very clean, far and away many other facilities I’ve been to. The staff is also helpful. When I called about membership, Nick answered and was very transparent about details. It was refreshing compared to what one may otherwise experience at a gym. On the note of the e staff being helpful, Claudio always has a smile on his face at the front desk and is helpful. 10/10, would recommend this gym between the cleanliness, staff, and amenities.

My only complaint is with corporate/regional it takes them ONLY 5 minutes to sign you up and lock you into a year contract , but when you want to cancel it takes 2 hours , in person , having to answer irrelevant questions.

Corporate needs to do better , design the cancellation process (after your contract is up like mine is) so that it only takes 5 minutes to cancel, like it does to get locked into a contract.
Regional /corporate do better , be better .
Because your cancellation process of several phone calls and 2 hours in person cancellation is a joke

I’ve been going to NS for a few years now. Best gym in town!! The staff is amazing and always very welcoming and friendly. Super clean inside and have an excellent variety of free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment. I love the spacious feel also. It never feels crowded and there’s plenty of room for any kind of workout. I travel a lot and have been to many gyms. Every time I’m away I always look forward to coming home to my home gym. Haven’t found one that I like more! The only thing that would bring it from a 9.5 to 10 out of 10 is a sauna 😁

Several months ago I would have only given 4 stars, but in the last month the team at the Oroville location has stepped up their game. They are engaging, checking on things, and talking to people. Really appreciate the new energy and efforts!! Keep it up. And if you haven’t gone to this gym, it’s got so much space and tons of room to grow for new great members. I LOVE my gym and so does my infant that spends time at the child care center while I work out. She has joined me on teething days, after daycare hot and cranky, and is always happy or sleeping when I pick her up which is SO nice to have right after a long day and a workout. The cost of both gym membership and childcare are very affordable when you factor in the safety of having multiple staff members on-site and how large it is. I will never go anywhere else.

Back in 2017 I sign in with NSFitness and it help me a lot to lose my weight. But then the Covet hit and everyone was shut down. This, an a email we were asked if wr Wanted to continue with a membership or if we wanted to cancel it. I Decided. to continue supporting for those who cannot work And I did I was working so I continue paying for my membership. I didn't cancel it. They said that we could cancel it because epidemic covid19 but I didn't cancel it because I wanted to support those other in need anyways. I couldn't continue no more and I have went back and in this time they charge my to months to month. membership. They said there was gonna be $40 for me to start. A went to my bank and they said that in this fitness took out $52. So I went to them and asked what would they take in $52? Because I signed in for the $40. They said no, it's not $40. It's 49 and the fees it comes to 52 I said.
Oh, that's a rip-off. Because I haven't even come to use the building for the exercise. And I haven't been in the building to exercise.You know, because I I said it. in for the $40 month to month so I cancel it.And they say that they will continue reducting for 3 months.The $52, even if I cancel it now.That is a ripoff to the public and false Publicity They lurch you in With lies. So I will never go back to Anna's finest. And I do not recommend it

This the first time I’ve ever joined a gym, (recovering from shoulder replacement after physical therapy) & I love this place. It’s a large open facility with friendly staff & lots of different machines to work out on. Very clean. I like that they have lockers & a nice clean shower area. I signed up for the silver sneakers. They gave me a trainer for two days to show me what I needed to work on. The trainer then prints out the workout schedule he had created for me. But then management told them they can't give us the sheet. Unless I paid for more training. So I didn't go back. I don't like my time waisted. That was just wrong. You don't do people like that it's not good business. I was going to hire the trainer. Not now. Now I'll go elsewhere. Where they are not using us for their sales pitch.

PAY ATTENTION - You are doing a TREMENDOUS disservice to your employees and clients by NEGLECTING the incredibly obvious needed repairs. I like the staff, they are all very friendly. Repairs to the equipment/restrooms/massage beds take waaaaaay too long. There is a stationary bike that has been out of service for about a year. Either fix it or take it out. The spray bottles located around the gym were NOT a good idea. People are less likely to clean the equipment if they have to hunt down the spray bottles that don't stick to the walls.

If you had addressed the issues that I mentioned, I wouldn't have to mention them again. Don't ask for feedback unless you're going to address those issues being brought to your attention!

The people at the front desk doing each others hair or watching TV aren't a big help, and there are alot of them up front, but I might mistaken- I assumed that if you pay for a membership and are using the equipment that they would roam around and correct bad posture, etc. so you don't injure yourself but I have only seen that one time. 🤷🏼‍♀️ Since they have raised the cost of membership again I am canceling mine, it just costs too much. What a fantastic gym. This gym honestly does not belong in a place like Oroville. When you step inside of NS Fitness you will instantly believe that you are in an upscale part of LA. The place is huge. The equipment is modern, and basically brand new. And if you want to give it a try, the friendly staff will quickly sign you up for a free seven day pass. I have been going to this gym from its start. As of December, they raised the prices for everyone to make it fair? That’s not a big deal to me. I was told I would only be paying slightly more each month, so I re-signed. The reason for the poor review is that they never mentioned a processing fee until after I was charged. The sign up page made no mention of it and neither did the staff. I have left various voicemails to their customer service and even their staff at the gym have tried to contact them. Nothing. It has been a month now and nothing. Don’t do business with them. Lords gym is great and so is anytime fitness. This gym is not worth the headache.
-After 2 months, this was finally resolved. The contract clearly shows that the processing fee was $0. They went behind everyone’s backs and changed things violating the contract. They wanted to incorporate their processing fee, so they reduced the contract length to 11 months and used one monthly payment as a processing fee. They did not notify anyone of this change. It took me countless attempts to contact them during the 2 months. They only returned one call and that was after I left them a 1 star review. Very shady business practices. A gym is a gym, but there are plenty of those around that won’t give you a headache on the business end of things.

The staff is great. Nothing wrong with the customer service they provide, but whoever is in charge of equipment maintenance needs to get on top of their job. I’m a consistent active member, anytime equipment breaks or benches fall apart, it takes the company MONTHS before they replace/fix it. By the time they get around to fixing the equipment, one if not more machines are also in need of maintenance. And as of that wasn’t enough almost all of tv’s and hydro massage beds have been down for 6 months to a year now. It’s not a horrible facility, it just need a ton of maintenance.

I cancelled my membership during covid outbreak March 2020 when it was fit republic sent out email about closing from covid and did not know when would be open again.. Looked at bank statement and saw I was still being charged. When I called and talked to manager I was told there was no record from before the change in company and that I had to come cancel it again in person and that I would still be charged for another month of use. Besides the 13months of not using then gym and then having to pay another month to cancel is just really poor customer service. There was no care what so ever from management about solving this. Just money. It’s crazy places still operate like this. If your looking for a gym go to golds gym. It’s local owned and management would never pull this. Two thumbs down!!!!!

I called to make sure I can come in and check things out. Simon the gentleman I spoke to was friendly and said absolutely. But when I got there the person at the front desk was not helpful and sat on the phone the whole time. I didn't get to check out the facility and left irritated and without any information except that its going to cost me 105.00 a month for what I assume would be poor service.

I love it here. Is spacious, clean, and has a lot of equipment. All shapes, sizes, and ages go here so its comfortable for everyone. The locker rooms are big and very clean. The massage chairs are pretty cool. Its affordable and I don't have to worry about a contract. The only thing is, the hours on the weekends kind of suck but are doable.

Great gym! Has something for all levels of fitness experience and goals. Plenty of EVERYTHING! Free weights, Smiths, machines, squats, cables, plyo station, classes, cardio equipment. Staff is all polite and courteous, and it’s never TOO crowded! Well worth it!

Lots of equipment but the staff was very pushy to me about what plan to sign up for. The prices and FEES were insane. I used my free day and left.
