This little gym has been one of the most endearing and incredible fitness experiences I’ve had the pleasure of being part of in my entire life.

The trainer, Mr. Beck, is incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and caring. Going in for my weekly session is something I genuinely look forward to every week and given the intimate nature of the classes which are usually small or private, I’m able to learn and train in a zero judgement environment.

I recommend this gym for any and all of the physical training classes that are offered, from kickboxing to Pilates.

Best kickboxing coach in town, he understands your needs and tailors the training specifically to them. Wouldn't go anywhere else! Like being able to schedule appointments online to help with a busy schedule
